You would absolutely have to get a rental contract to bring them in, but that really wouldn’t be enough protection.

Here’s what I see happening if you don this. One of the girls decides she can’t pay after the 1st month. When you don’t let it slide, she offers sex. After you refuse, she still won’t move out, daring you to call the cops on her.

Meanwhile other girl gets jealous, and decides to sleep with you free of charge. She then refuses to pay because “she’s your girlfriend now”. The first girl then claims that claims if you kick her out, she going to claim you’re asking for sex instead of rent and demand you let her stay rent free.

You end up with two freeloaders you can’t get out of your house.

As for the photography, tell her you’ll do it as long as it’s not at your house and there are other people there….like you’re friends. If she agrees to that, which she won’t, then she is either really, really wants to do this for her husband or she’s an exhibitionist.

The first thing that pops into my mind is what is wrong (issues) with these people that “Rental Agencies” wont accommodate them?
Then I look at what is going on around ALL the rental/shared properties that surround me, it has turned my area into a slum.
A private residence is just that, private. The “owner” is 100% responsible and liable for all occupants, maintenance, repairs, and actions of ALL occupants.
A rental property technically becomes “public”, and even management companies have a hard time getting rid of “bad tenants”, despite being legally able to distribute responsibility to the renter.
Why would you consider, even remotely, of placing yourself in a position of extreme liability?

Just remember, no good deed has ever gone unpunished.

Lol yes all situations are real. I have said no to each. I had a female live in one of the rooms previously, and some version of what each of you has described did in fact happen… so, lesson learned although I did pause to consider these.
