2 weeks ago I was in Italy on vacation, and among many other things I did, I also visited the Vatican museums.

I remembered that I should have myself covered, knees and shoulders and I respected that,but the women there, on the tour group I was with, were total whores, nearly naked, butt showing and I was repulsed.

I was at a beach with my kid this weekend. Midwest USA, breadbasket of America and all that. Obese landwhales squeezed into skimpy bathing suits like cans of breakfast rolls.

One stood out, and she actually was a healthy weight. Slender, barely dressed in a skimpy US Flag micro bikini that barely covered the issues. On a public beach, surrounded by children from 4-20.

It is interesting from a feminist point of view. There is the “male gaze” invented in the 1970’s to describe the way men look at women. Men look and gaze in an active way. Women are gazed upon and thus are passive.
