In my experience in the field of mining most of the female engineers just want a cushy office job…The brunt of the hard, dirty and dangerous work go to the men…
I had to manage and lead a group of men while the women just want a bigger pay because they carried the CEO or the Company presidents order…Glorified messengers that cant even solve t~~~ when multiple emergencies arise…

I stand with feet apart and let my balls hang free...Manginas dont have balls...See how they stand and sit at the whim of their masters...

My original concern about this article is that this website is (supposedly) a trade journal and NOT mainstream news, therefore perhaps it’s more credible…

There is so much positive actions to put women in STEM, this is the only logical path to calculate our final destination, doom !

There will be far more c~~~s than men, far more obnoxious c~~~s that don’t have the b~~~~, yes, the b~~~~, because STEM is a field that you have to put all your life in it. Once c~~~s realize the s~~~hole that they get into, they will flee. STEM is cool, of course, but also is being able to rest at weekends, c~~~s don’t have the mental determination and stamina to keep things going.

What that really mean ? In 100 years, technology would have evolved just 50 years.
