I think we’ve all seen this. Girls on instagram or facebook take 3000 pictures of themselves all day every day just to get 100 likes on facebook. They need constnt validation. And then when they get 150 followers on instagram, they start calling themselves a “model”.

My brother and I were talking, and he said to me.

“You know what the difference is between a model and an instagram model? The professional model isn’t the one holding a camera.”

Of course I think models are all more or less attention whores, but come on. You sit around all day taking pictures of yourself, how much more narcissistic can you get? And then call yourself a model. No ones paying you to be a model, there’s no photographer out there being paid to take pictures, you’re just a lady baby that’s playing model like a little girl would play with a barbie doll.

It’s because of the thousands of thirsty f~~~s that will like her picture and comment how she’s such a sexy goddess. They write even more pathetic things, like they want to eat her butthole and other stupid things.

If you were a chick and you had these thirsty guys outright worshiping you, maybe you’d be the same way.

It’s like pro athletes or the rich popular kids, constant validation, getting treated better and flouting all the rules, eventually young people believe they are just better and deserve to act like that.

You have a young woman and it’s on steroids. I don’t even blame them as much as I blame this sick twisted society, which was crafted mostly by older men and women. But especially the men of previous ages that decided that women are “equal” and then made this bulls~~~tery up, while keeping draconic laws that protected and privileged women.

I used to hold a ‘model school’ for … well … it transpired … idiots.

It was a full day starting with a ‘real model’ telling it like it was. For real.

Then they were shown what a real ‘look book & card’ were and how to get them together.

Lunch break where half never came back.

After lunch it was taking direction and following breif.

Finally at the end of the day, a high impact photoshoot as they were falling asleep.

NON EVER MADE IT.

Just to satisfy my curiosity for the slang (it helps me make more sense of what made the models not come back or made it) what does “Look book & card” and “breif” mean?

A womans most treasured possession is her looks. To take so many “model” pics and put it on the net is the best way for her to advertise herself. So in other words, by doing this she is effectively making herself into the object she claims not to be. This object is only purchasable by the highest bidder of course, but it is still possible for some sampling before you buy.

Women seem to be strong believers in the power of ‘pretend’. If you dress up and take pictures of yourself, you are a model. Actually being paid and knowing what you’re doing is irrelevant.

If you dress up in boots, jeans and hat, you are cowgirl. It does not matter that you’ve never step foot on a farm or ranch in your life. If you throw on a dress and go to a fancy club, you are a high class woman. It does not matter that you have no money or class.

It all about the look.

Men understand that pretending to be something you are not only makes you look like a fool, but it is a sign of disrespect to whatever profession or type of person you are pretending to be. I won’t wear a cowboy hat, for example, because I have respect for actual cowboys, and because I’d look like a fool if anyone asked me anything about ranching.

It’s obviously a big enough phenomenon that this humor group realized there’s a follower group. Around here we just call them the manginas, but I couldn’t help but hate the actors a little so they did a great jobwith this.

I agree with Luke Spar. Women are overgrown children. Adults don’t play dress up and pretend.
Once women get the idea in their head and start to believe it, they try to get everyone else to believe it as well. That’s why they publish the hundreds of pics on Flakebook and Instagag and are proud of their “likes” and “followers”. It validates their existence and shows just how shallow they are.
Everything about a woman’s life is built on manipulation and deception which are two big necessities when playing dress up and pretend.

I was thinking more on the dressup and pretend aspect. We all know that boys like to wear costumes as well. Is there a difference? I think there is. When a boy dresses up as superman, he is pretending that he is superman. It isn’t about trying to draw attention to himself, he is using his imagination and thinking about who he wants to be and what he will achieve.

A little girl dresses up for her tea party, she is also showing who she wants to be. She sets up the table and all her stuffed animals are her guests. She controls everything. Even when Daddy attends her tea party, she is going to tell daddy what he should say and do, even how he should hold his teacup. Ever seen two girls together having a tea party together? They will be arguing over how it should be done.
