There in lies the problem. They do these studies and come to the conclusion that the reason is sexism. The most logical reason has to do with profitability, and could easily tie volume of women’s dialogue to profitability. But if they did that, then they couldn’t push the false narrative.

So they stick to the same formula. Find a fact, then makeup a reason for that fact that people will never question…because it’s what they wanted to believe in the first place.

I have to deal with c~~~s as customers everyday, and well, they use a lot of ambiguity, they try to change your answer by asking the question differently.

They are not only the worst kind of “communicative” person, but also they make every talk extremely counter productive.

There is a c~~~ who is manager (post wall, 35yo, single) in one of my customers, every monday when we have our meeting, she tries to find a reason to talk about HER, seriously, she put 10 guys in a room, to discuss something work related, something that should not take more than 15 minutes, but it take at least 1 hour, because everything is an excuse to talk about HER.

Women don’t give a s~~~ about communicating, they just want an excuse to think that people are interested in her/her life and a reason to talk about it. It’s not about communication, is about narcissism !
