Isn’t that called a wage gap?

So if you’re a woman in the workplace and you wonder how it is that you make “70cents for every dollar” a man makes, now you f~~~ing know. You don’t work as much. Basic math really.

“Dammit! I want equal pay for un-equal work!!!”

    “Just because you’re bad at math… doesn’t mean you’re good at not-math.”

Back in 2012, I worked in hive which was like 8% men – and a queen bee. The men did ALL the work, ALL the production and ALL the solving of the problems. The women just shuffled problems around and brought them to us to FIX. It was damn near hilarious.

One of the women was pregnant and she was pushing for “a nursing room” – with a bed to lay down on(!) – where she could breastfeed her infant when she brings it to work!.

When I heard about this over lunch, I didn’t even keep my voice down, and let every woman hear it. “Oh that’s a great idea! Can I also get a room with bed where I can take a break and go rub one out?”.

Every woman who worked there was as useless as t~~~ on a bull.

If you keep doing what you've always done... you're gonna keep getting what you always got.

The wage gap has already been exposed as a myth though, right? I’ve seen a few articles online explaining it now. Women (still to this day) don’t work in the fields that pay the most- STEM fields. It is because they have no interest in it (and they just don’t work as hard as men). That may have changed slightly over the past couple decades but it still rings true.

In regard to the article, women are going to abuse the f~~~ out of that “Period” policy. Will they be paid for the time off each month? Any business owner, male or female, will put an end to that fast. Can you imagine an office such as the one in the article? 24 out of 31 employees out for a few days each month for them to sit at home and bleed? In reality they will all be out having fun and shopping on those days.

But I digress, it should happen. Then that company can wise up and re learn reality or face extinction.

That’s how the feminists snag every moron who is dumb enough to not be able to decode their crap, and they continue to perpetuate the lie.

There really is a “WAGE GAP”.
It’s not actually a myth if you want to prove it.
When men earn more, it’s because —>> MEN EARN more.

Because men WORK more. Men work more years of their lives. Men take less time off. Men don’t take “period breaks” and men take far less personal & sick days. Men also do the most dangerous jobs and die on the job more often. You make less than Alaskan crab fisherman, because that’s the deadliest job on Earth. Do women sign up for that? No, they just eat the crab salad.

Men are bread winners, women are bread EATERS.

Years ago, I actually had a woman who asked me to give her birthday off – like it was a national holiday. She said “you have to be really nice to me, because it’s my BIRTHWEEK”.

“YES you can take your birthday off — without pay“.

( She was actually angry about that. )

I don’t even try to disprove a “wage gap”.
Because I can prove a WORK GAP.

… and so can anyone else who goes through life with their eyes open.

There’s a “fame gap” too. You’re not as famous as George Clooney because you didn’t make as many movies as George Clooney. You’re not as fat as some people either because you don’t eat as much and exercise more.

You really have to break this s~~~ down for women like they are f~~~ing 5.

If you keep doing what you've always done... you're gonna keep getting what you always got.

Article is weird. They keep on throwing in ‘benefits men too’ without saying how. Do men get to take off days once a month as well, or when they are having some sort of physical issue that keeps them from being productive? Does the benefit disappear after menopause? What happens when all the women are on the same cycle…do they just shutdown?

    Ok. Then do it.

So the c~~~s now get an extra 12-13 weeks off per year because they can’t handle something that women have been dealing with for thousands of years?
God, I wish this was a joke. About the only “benefit” to men is when the c~~~s aren’t around.
First it was sexual harassment in the work place.
Then time off because they decide to s~~~ out a vagina turd.
Now period awareness and time off for bleeding. I’m sure these women will set it up so that you aren’t allowed to discuss the details because it violates their privacy.

Feminism isn't about equality with men, it's about leverage over men.

They seem like a really productive company.

Maybe somebody should consult with them about commissioning a NAWALT unicorn search in the sugar plum forest. Just look at the flowery talk on their website. It’s a prefect place for women to have some time off for their period, I couldn’t tell for here what they even actually do.

It looks like a liberal do-gooder millionaire had some money laying around burning a hole in his pocket and wanted to do some community outreach to unemployed feminine studies majors.

I failed to realize in my youth that I was the prize. I was going to work. I was going to earn. Little did I realize that due to feminism, that no longer meant I had to share. Road soon, Desert after.

This is the s~~~ I’m talking about. Feminists go on and on about how women can do anything a man can do and better as well. And then they want to play the period card for more special treatment. Keeps getting worse and worse and worse. Go on, have extra time off, and now I won’t be hiring women because I have to pay them MORE than men for doing less work. It’s like given the choice between a sick, dying horse and a young one in it’s prime. One of them will be a good investment, and earn their keep -the man- and the one that needs all this extra attention and effort JUST TO FUNCTION AND WORK FOR YOU, won’t be hired.

Feminism is a movement where opinions are presented as facts and emotions are presented as evidence.

Sometimes I find it really uncomfortable sitting with a hard on.

ESPECIALLY at work. It distracts my attention and I can get comfortable.

I feel I should be able to divert, book a hotel, rub one out and then come back to work when I feel better.

About 4 times a week would be ok …. oh … and with pay.

Women just don’t understand mens issues .. the hard on gap.

Dear Bex Baxter, Director of Coexist:

I get a huge boner about 8 times or more each month. Dam it hurts trying to bend it down. A couple of times it even ripped the crotch of my pants and I couldn’t stand up because of the shear embarrassment I would experience. What’s the chances of Coexist giving me a break say the afternoons off when I have this particular problem? It would go along way to my productivity and enjoyment of my overall work experience.

If you can’t see a way to giving me afternoons off, how about one of the sexitaries giving me a blow job or at the very least a hand job. Anything to relieve the discomfort. It is so paralysing. It could be made part of her job description.

BTW I did get off a parking ticket appeal with that excuse.

I got caught by parking camera.

Told them I had a hard on and it was unsafe to drive.

Somewhere that appeal is in a frame on an office wall.

Feminists go on and on about how women can do anything a man can do and better as well.

“WOMEN CAN DO ANYTHING MEN CAN DO!!!! EVEN IN BROKEN HEELS!!!”

“Who cares if women CAN….. when everyone knows you DON’T.”

It doesn’t matter if a woman “can”.
Don’t let them get away with that crap.

Women “can” work as hard as men cleaning up & rebuilding after a hurricane too.
    But they don’t.

I hope and prey that the workforce at Coexist comprises 90% to 95% of their work force and watch their bottom line. If the profitability drops it will be the fault of the 5% to 10% who are men and who are shirking their responsibilities. I have a female tenant that lives in a ground floor basement suite. She’s in her early 30’s, weighs about 250 lbs. and works for Ikea. I don’t know how they carry her as an employee. She’s off work more than she’s on. Excuses are one after another; funerals, car problems, vertigo problems, mother in extended care, super flu bug, back ache, whatever. Jesus if she sees this you can bet your last dollar she’ll be home with her toy poodle which she thinks is her child. Doesn’t have cats yet.

Dear Bex Baxter, Director of Coexist

I am now in my early 50’s and I have entered menopause. This has created an imbalance in employment benefits to the female work force. First and foremost are my hot flashes. They are just as debilitating as my periods used to be. In the interests of equality, I demand that I be given an equivalent to the “Menstrual Days Off” to compensate for my discomfort.

I agree. The articles I am referring to and the point I was making back up what you are saying except for the part of there being a pay gap.

There is no pay gap if women aren’t actually making less on the dollar. They are just making less money because they don’t work as much or as hard. That’s not a wage gap, that’s what I call a lazy gap. Women don’t put in the time and effort that men do and that is easily provable just by looking around the job place.

An extra 12 day off a year justifies a wage gap (even though currently there isn’t one)

I wonder if employers can’t pay females less because its against the dam law, would companies hire fewer females?

What annoys me most about these types of articles and the dreaded wage gap crap is these women seem to think they’re in play school or something. It’s a business. It relies on productivity and reliability not to pander to your needs.
So there are 24 female staff out of 31. Lets say they all take 1 period day per month, that’s 288 lost days per year which they will feel entitled to get paid for. This leaves 7 males to take up the slack for no extra pay, or the company starts to lose profit.

Women are so bad, if they changed the law so I kept the house, I still wouldn't marry one. I'd rather be homeless.

I’m glad that i work in a male staffed office and not have to deal with the crap that revolves around female office workers. Their conversation bores the crap out of me, you can’t make a cuppa without making one for everyone else and they’re always stuffing their faces with high calorie food.

This article is misleading because if someone is off sick the remaining workers have to pick up the slack. It probably works ok in their workplace because it’s mostly female staff so they all get a turn at taking extra time off. I pity the poor male shmucks who work there and need to cover extra worloads for no benefit to themselves.
