Women in "National service"(compulsary military service)

This video has really been grinding my gears for a long time since this s~~~ is happening in my neck of the woods. Female privilege definitely doesn’t only exist in first/western world. With recent talk of the female draft in the US i thought i’d share this video from a while back.

Basically National Service or NS, is a compulsory 2 year stint in the military to make sure men in the country are ready and trained to go the war if the situation is permitted. You can face time in jail, lose your citizenship (If you immigrated to another country) & get negative social stigma held against you if you try to avoid it. It not only happens in Singapore like in the video, but Taiwan and South Korea as well.

The attitudes of the women & blue pill men in this video is disgusting (No surprise since this whole part of the world is still extremely Trad-Con). Women basically saying they don’t think its necessary for them to do this because they dont want to get behind on their studies when multiple generations of men have had to lose 2 years to this. Those mangina’s making excuses for women on why they don’t need to do it or make it voluntary for them shows how they would fall on their swords for c~~~s. Women in “Intelligence” & “Combat planning” roles haha give me a break.

Singaporean women have all the rights and benefits of being a man with little of the responsibilities (no Surprise from most westernized country in south east Asia). Not even a shred of shame from c~~~s about letting men do all the dangerous work & viewing men as more productive & disposable utilities once they’ve been “Straightened Out” by 2 years of NS.

Why exactly does women’s opinions matter on military service. The answer is yes or the answer is yes that’s all their is too it.

I can’t watch from work but just curious – what are some of the reasons/rationalizations for why women shouldn’t serve equally?

Are they admitting that women are inferior to the task of military service? If not then there’s no reason they shouldn’t have equal responsibility to serve. If they are admitting that, then the question must be asked: are there other areas where this inferiority (as a general condition) exists, and can we finally have an open conversation about that?

From an earlier thread, I can tell you that there definitely seems to be a general inferiority when it comes to maintaining IT skills. I don’t know a single tech guy that wouldn’t rather have more women around, so the idea that there’s some sort of conspiracy to keep women out of IT is ludicrous. While there are exceptions, by and large women seem either unwilling or unable to do what it takes to aquire and maintain the skill and ability set required for the job.

The same may be true for military service. If so, women need to explain what they’re doing to balance things out in the spirit of equality for the additional sacrifice, risk, and hard work these men are/will be undertaking in their stead.

In Israel it is mandatory for all, male and female at the age of 18, except for Arab citizens of course.

This is Nationalistic Fascism in it’s highest form. I got to say though, at least they hold the women to the same obligation as the men…

All strong and independent until they have to prove it. What’s most embarrassing is that most the ladies didn’t even try to deny it. Admitting they want special treatment, even if they’re smiling, still means they want special treatment.

They feel the type of training men go through is not worth their time, and the grunt work should be done by men. They want to do the easier support roles, but even then it should be voluntary. They don’t feel that it is their duty to protect their country, but of course want the right to vote and all the benefits that come with it. IF war were ever to break out & the tiny country invaded, they’d be mass rape victims since they don’t have any skill or idea to fight back the enemy. There is no real balance, like everywhere its men who do the real work & women still have the choice to go to work or not. Strange mix of ever growing femnized society with strong underlying Trad Con beliefs.
