That’s not 100% true. If it were true, then we never would have needed laws against racial equality. I don’t think your statement is without merit though, as laws on gender equality have been much less successful in achieving equality, and have actually caused in-equality to occur in different areas. Racial laws have not been applied with the same strength, and have caused less inequality. In fact, it not hard to see that when laws are removed, men of different racial backgrounds tend to naturally equate and find their place. This never seems to occur with men and women.
