Women are depreciating assets….end of story.

I would not call myself the most erudite investor, but there is one thing I am absolutely certain of. No matter how incredibly hot a woman is – from the moment you lay eyes on her – she is a depreciating asset. If someone told you that if you put half your life savings in a mutual fund that was absolutely guaranteed to return negative results no matter how hard you invested, would you put even a dime in to it? The same must be said for women. The only safe bet is to RENT not BUY. And even when renting, better be sure not to do anything that will “extend the lease” indefinitely – such as knock her up or marry her. Have your fun and move on.
As a man, your assets will more than likely (if you are smart enough to never marry) keep going up. Although your physical appeal will diminish at some level – that is of little importance to almost all women. It is your money and power she wants at any age. Don’t believe me? Look at almost any well known actor, business man or politician. Do you think Trump nabbed his wife based on his looks? Hugh Hefner gets young ass based on his physical appeal? To all the younger brothers out there – DO NOT FALL FOR IT. To paraphrase Tom Leykis – the sage of all things male – Women are auditioning for a part – and the role is marriage – and once they get the “job” – it’s game over. Get a vasectomy early – you can find a doctor if you look and are willing to pay – and until then bring your own condoms, keep them in your control before and after, and never, ever, ever sign a contract with her – be it an apartment lease, marital contract, mortgage..nothing. End of story!

Even worse, they can cause other assets (namely yourself) to enter terminal depreciation at an alarming rate!

While that’s true for the vast VAST majority of women, it’s not necessarily true. A woman can actually improve her mind, her conversational skills, her talents, her knowledge, and so on over time, and that improves her attractiveness. It really does.

The things is, most of them don’t. And that’s actually worse.

Self improvement takes a f~~~load of effort and self discipline, and they can’t be bothered. Almost all of them learn of their sexual and reproductive value very early on (or see the value attached to other women and feel entitled to the same themselves regardless of their physical attractiveness), and so they never even consider cultivating anything other than their physical beauty until it’s faded and too late for them to learn better.

It’s almost a universal rule that an attractive woman at thirty five was not attractive at twenty five, while an attractive woman at twenty five never is at thirty five. Of course most unattractive twenty five year olds only every get worse.

There really is a massive amount of potential in women that goes completely unrealized, and always will be wasted, because they have to meet their own potentials themselves. Nobody else can do it for them. And they almost never do it for themselves (or anything, really). And it seems like the very few who do at least make an an effort are fewer with every passing generation.

But that’s not our problem.

Recent divorce case in UK (i posted in another thread). The housewife got 90% of assets!!!

imagine only having 10% of your own stuff….how depressing is that!
