Hewitt police arrested a woman on indecency with child charge Tuesday after Child Protective Services reported that she sexually touched a teenage boy last year, according to an arrest affidavit.

Athena Elizabeth Arrigo, 29, of Hewitt, is accused of touching the boy when he 15 years old. CPS officials did a forensic interview with the boy after he told a family member about the incident. The boy, who is now 17, told interviewers he we asleep in a recliner at a Hewitt home in January 2017 when Arrigo entered the room and put her hand under his clothes.

Hewitt police investigated the claims and issued a warrant for Arrigo’s arrest Tuesday. She was arrested on a second-degree felony charge of indecency with a child by contact and was taken to McLennan County Jail, where she remained with a bond set at $10,000.

I can completely empathize with women in the juncture of transition from pre-wall to post-wall.

I believe most men can.

It goes like this:

Task at hand. Procrastination. Deadline tomorrow. Panic. Half-assed effort.

Hate to play Devil’s advocate here. But how do they concoct the evidence for this? I mean, is this not the very same method they use to put innocent men in jail?

Seems odd to me. But.. In fact, it seems that I thought that there has to be some more basis of an arrest. It does not seem charges are filed. And it actually seems more like a way to keep jobs for the people who do not have any reason to have a job in the first place?

Call me crazy, but this seems to be the very same system used on men all the time. Just wanted to be fair and put that out. But life is not fair. SO. F~~~ it.

You may have a point here as the incident had happened last year. Article also stated that CPS did a “forensic Interview,” with him. I’m not so sure that holds water for a 15yr old boy.

So it is possible the boy could be lying just like women cry false-rape.

Very valid point. I would not trust any 15 y/o girls, and to tell you the truth would trust few 15 y/o boys. Not in today’s world, with the education system the get indoctrinated into on an almost daily basis.

I will really have to think about it before posting up another one of these.
