I got win7 installed on this machine with a sharp knife that cuts off Microsoft’s fingers when they try to execute the Win10 bums rush into Microsoft corral.

Take your grand illusions of world domination and shove them through the first o in Microsoft, or shove them up your ass, whichever you chose in either regard, make sure you shove it good and deep, because that’s what I’m doing! Bend over bitch!

I’m using Win7 as of now, and I don’t see any reason to go for Win10. I have never gotten any Win10 installation annoyance ad or so because I put the updates to “manual”. I always wait for some days to check out whether an update breaks things. And of course, I have a personal blacklist for Win10 adware updates. MS you stupid c~~~s, I did not cash out for a proper Win7 Professional system builder license to get annoyed with your adware!

Given that everything after Win7 basically has been crap to force the users into whatever direction MS wants to go, I guess Win7 will be my last Windows. I had been with Linux before Win7 for years. It’s just that the constant fiddling annoyed me, after all. Not that Linux has become that better, but Windows has become worse. So Linux will win again.

I’ve always paid attention to prefer applications that are available under Linux as well as to avoid a vendor lock-in with MS. For a time, it looked like MS finally had understood to care for customers – but it hasn’t. MS is back to FDC. “F~~~ Da Customa”.

With Microsoft locking down the majority of new system as Window 10 and even interfering with the hardware and drivers to coerce people into window 10, driving up the hidden cost.

I will buy my new PC that won’t have window 10 pre-installed. Which I would dual boot with window 7 for my software compatibility. I found these guys have the highest non window PC spec. Does anyone know other alternatives?

Icaros Desktop would be an interesting choice, if it was production ready. But when it does it will be very interesting.
