    Hi guys,
As some of you might already know, Zen and Kaby lake processors are only going to be officially supported for WIN10.
What is your take on this?
Personally I think Microsoft will change that (same way as they changed quantum break to dx11 for sales on steam) when they realize 12+% of their users just went MAC or Linux. Or we will see 3rd party drivers.

I am not sure If I should buy a Skylake PC before it is too late just in case (Id rather wait and see, mostly interested in going for a 5820k when it drops in price, but so far thats not happening).

I ditched Windows and took up Chromebook. Not for technical reasons, but because it was the cheapest machine in the store.

The day may come when I switch back, but that day is not coming soon.

I have had good luck with converting Windows machines to some version of linux. This is an educational experience to say the least.

I heard about that earlier this year. That in combination with the way Win 10 sticks its hand right up your data’s ass and grabs you by the colon, I have been looking at options.

I prefer to remain as anonymous as I can on the internet. With advertisers, governments and freaking everyone else clawing at any data they can mine off me I have been protecting my ass on the internet.

I went to https://www.dellrefurbished.com/ and picked up a few laptops with the last decent OS MS made, Windows 7. Use those for different dedicated tasks. Also run VM machines through VPN services and anon DNS services.

If you are looking to switch out of MS OS, look at Ubuntu. Have it on one of my laptops. Encrypted by default, solid performer. Works well with Libre office.

You see not only do I hang out here on MGTOW but I also am a prepper and gun owner. Pretty much paints a bull’s eye on my ass for every 3 letter agency out there.

It is by caffeine alone I set my mind in motion, it is by the beans of Java that thoughts acquire speed, the hands acquire shaking, the shaking becomes a warning; it is by caffeine alone I set my mind in motion.

That is my thought as well.

I plan to buy a system 76 Linux laptop this Christmas, then configure it to dual boot Linux & Win7. but then dual graphic card option just came and it is quite expensive.

I choose to wait for a while as the price decrease and see.

There is no magic in MGTOW, just recognition of the truth and logical decision how to avoid dangers. The red pill is but the truth, it is no magical potion. Do not think in this modern world men have no longer have natural enemies, men are prey to women and government.

My problem with other OS is games compatibility.
I am hoping (key word here) that when it all goes to s~~~, vulkan will be the default system used by game developers to make games so we get more choice.
