Will I enjoy Rome alone?

I’m thinking of buying a ticket to Rome in the coming months, I have always wanted to see some of its sites with my own 2 eyes, I do wonder though if It would be enjoyable without anyone with me to share the experience?

Any thoughts brothers?

You will probably enjoy it more alone then with companions.

Let me explain.
I have taken vacations by myself and with others.
When other people are involved you might have to comprise what you want to do or else be a demanding bully (like a wyment).

Alone, you get to do and experience what you want on your own clock.

Don’t like gift shops? Well you don’t have to go into them or wait on people that do.

Want to stay in a fancy hotel or a hole in the wall motel to save a few bucks? Well you can do either or both.

Etc….

Why take someone that is only going to pretend to be interested since you are interested?

Going by yourself, not only do you meet more people you may WANT to meet. But you get the freedom of doing as you see fit. This means that long crawl up the side of the attraction? You can do it. Going off the beaten path? All good.

And when she sprains her ankle, Oh wait!. No ankle to sprain.

Better alone by a mile. That way if you really want to see what is there, it is BEST to go alone. And get a guide when needed.

Sandman does this all the time. And I have a feeling it’s on his vacations when he gets laid.

My last vacation with cupcake was in August.

All she wanted to do was SUNBATHE on the beach and GO SHOPPING.

I wanted to SEE THE CITY and LIVE THE CULTURE – I convinced her to do a bit but she didn’t enjoy it & SHE F~~~ING LET ME KNOW.

Best holidays I’ve had have always been solo or just been me and Dad.

We’ve been ALL OVER THE WORLD and had an absolute blast!

Whenever his wife comes along ITS A F~~~ING DRAG.

– She doesn’t want to do anything or only wants to do ONE thing
– She’s a PICKY vegetarian so it takes us 10x as long to find somewhere to eat
– She starts moaning after we’ve been walking around too long

It’s just HELL.

Go alone, you’ll love it. Rome is incredible.

Did it solo, great experience, do it. Just watch your wallet and phone as there’s pick pockets everywhere and they are good at it. Also be aware they will try to short change you everywhere, even in legit places. They were trying it on me so often that in the end I would ask how much something was then I’d hand over the note and go that’s a $### note I expect around $### in change. I honestly think they tried to shortchange me 50% of the time.

Have you ever taken trips with a woman before? Do you remember how that all went? Have you lived with a woman before? Do you remember how that all went?

You will enjoy travelling life in general if you are planning alone.

Along the way you will surely meet others and possibly travel together if you want to – but being single gives you total freedom to change your plans and do what you want -when you want -how you want -where you want.

it is the best way to travel. However please do not make rash decisions or unsafe ones. I knew a guy from Europe coming to Australia and traveling in the outback by himself who almost died in the desert. Also some people I know travelling in South America took a taxi run by a criminal that were taken to a gang hideout where there were robbed.

So be careful and plan safely.
