I have heard this argument before. Thing is honestly do you care about any of the stuff she has done to herself to make herself more processed.

Is she young, healthy and good company? Is she attracted to you and you to her? These are the things that matter.

Over processing in a female only suggests that she is vain and wants to score points over other woman and /or attract vain men who want to be seen with a dolly bird.

If a woman does these things, she does it for herself not for you. If she wanted to impress you she would show you that she can cook or do something else that you would value.
