Just a small amount of power, would send any women into overdrive. Making them think they are gods. Like their shut don’t stink. I have a women manager and I pray everyday for it to be over, and I’m not a praying person. she abuses her power she doesn’t know what the f~~~ she’s doing and tries to tell me her way is better.

First rule of leadership: EVERYTHING is YOUR fault. (Including the actions of your subordinates)

You don’t allow women assume leadership positions unless she is willing to accept the first rule of leadership. In a leadership position here can be no “blame”, because the leader is personally responsible for it all. She cannot congratulate herself for her successes unless she is equally prepared to berate herself for her own failures.

“Blame” is a woman’s game. Over, over and over again.

• No real sense of justice.
• No real understanding / abuse of strength or power.
• Outrageous control freaking.
• Highly manipulative
• Unable to admit they were wrong.

Every woman I worked “under” shared these inherent flaws.
Some men too of course, but men are ultimately FORCED to accept responsibility – like it or not.

I’m out of work thanks to manginas again and have very little money left. I had an interview tomorrow which I just cancelled -the interviewer was a woman.

Honetsly I would rather be homeless as extreme as that sounds my mental health is important and working for yet another terrible boss(fr s~~~ money) would push me over the edge. I have had so many weak pathetic bosses in my working life I have had enough.

I previously resigend form a job paying £5,000 basic plus bonus plus company car(without another job) because I had had enough of mangina bosses and the s~~~e we all had to put up with. My collegaues in the same job (different regions of the country) hated the mangina bosses as well but sadly they had wives and children to pay for and one a divorce as well.
