Why Trump Is In Front And Why He Can Stay There.

Read this article for the mental self defense tips if nothing else — never mind who you want to win the election; that’s icing on the cake.

Scott Adams (Dilbert’s cartoonist) explains how Donald Trump got in front and why he just might win. “[…] if you are not familiar with the dozens of methods of persuasion that are science-tested, there’s a good chance someone is using those techniques against you. […] When Trump sets an “anchor” in your mind, it is never random. And it seems to work every time.

Being a Yank I don’t know about this Boris Johnson but am keenly watching Mr. Trump and am gathering info,  so do elaborate if you would.

i think the next election is being set up as “woman vs misogynist” with Hillary in the pink corner and Trump in the blue.  If you vote for Trump, you’re a misogynist.

I bathe in the tears of single moms.

“If you vote for Trump, you’re a misogynist”.

“You know, I could really use a massage, thanks!”

“NO YOU DUMMY!!!! MISS-AW-GIN-NIST!!!!! IT MEANS YOU HATE WOMEN!!!!!!”.

“I do? So if I buy an apple, it means I hate peaches? Who are you calling a dummy? Dummy. Now about that massage!”

“OMG I WOULDN’T TOUCH YOU WITH A 10 FOOT POLE!!!!!”.

“What, do you hate MEN or something?”

If you keep doing what you've always done... you're gonna keep getting what you always got.

“If you vote for Trump, you’re a misogynist.”

Yeah, that “conservative” news host Megyn Kelly already insinuated that, even after denying the “War on Women” a while back.  Then again, she never denied that she was a feminist, so…

The article is written by a grown man qho draws cartoons for a living, and he has the audacity to call Trump a “clown”?

Hes popular because hes “hypnotising us”…yes yes, this same fool probably thinks we never landed on the moon. “Its a CONSPIRACY!!!”

I for one am sick to my stomach with all of the PC mangina BS that our world has come to. Trump represents the polar opposite of liberal PC crap. Men like us are the silent majority. Its always the tiniest fraction of the minority of the population who scream the loudest, and fool the population into thinking they represent the majority. They do not. People are sick and tired of this sensitive, FEMINIST, liberal PC crap. So a long comes a guy like Trump who breaks every vagina reeking rule in the liberal book, and the establiahment is left scratching their heads wondering why hes popular.

Its because MOST of us havent swallowed your liberal PC bs! It doesnt represent us. And you think hes popular because hes HYPNOTIZING us? Lol wtf?

    Resident cynic.

Do we vote Trump to save America, or do we vote Hillary and watch this gynocentric cesspool burn?

The only reason women have so much privilege is because 20 million years ago they forgot how to lay eggs.

I just lost respect for someone whom I have respected for over a decade.

You see, when Scott Adams calls Trump a “clown” from the get-go, Mr. Adams is setting up an “anchor” in your mind. That’s another classic negotiation/persuasion method.. BY continually repeating throughout the article that Trump is a clown, Adams is repeating the “anchor” in order to hypnotize his readers.

Calling Trump a clown is an ad hominem attack. Adams pulls out the ad hominem from the get go, which means he loses the argument before he even begins his first premise.

Adams is wrong – Trump did not literally write the book on negotiating. I have only read a couple pages of Trump’s Art of the Deal book, so I can’t comment on it. However, I have read the literal book on negotiating, which is this:

How To Outnegotiate Anyone (Even a Car Dealer!)

Don’t be fooled by the cartoonish cover: it is literally the book on negotiating, and is not written by Trump. The book does discuss “anchors”, which are not even remotely what Scott Adams describes. Anchoring is a negotiating term describing setting prices during a negotiation. When Trump is doing is called building an argument by laying down his premises. Amazingly, Trump does not repeat himself during a speech at all. Only from speech to speech as he wants his one message to be heard by the new audiences. Mr Adams fails to understand that Mr. Trump just has a good message, and the experience to back it up.

Scott Adams fails to understand that Trump is winning because he is telling the truth, and Trump is sincere, which possibly no politician has done in over a century. Trump can afford to tell the truth because he is rich, so by stating his net worth, he is bolstering his trust-worthiness by demonstrating that he can’t be bought. He is not bragging. People realize Trump is not part of the two-headed one-party system.

I have read two of Trump’s other books, and I can tell you Trump is no clown. Trump is pure genius. But people are very quickly moved to jealousy, so they resort to ad hominem attacks. Scott Adams has been watching too much Jon Stewart and Bill Maher. Heaven forbid anybody admit that the definition of a country is a geographical land with borders to keep foreigners out.

By the way, Hillary will not be the Democratic candidate. Mark my words. Adams is not in tune with the political kaleidoscope.
