While the facts don’t lie, the interpretation of these facts are lacking. It should say, your chances of staying married if you have a college degree then if you don’t, but the odds are extremely s~~~ty in both cases. It’s like saying the odds of winning the lottery are better if you buy 2 tickets instead of 1. In all cases, it is still smarter to not play the game.

Many of my friends are married or will be married. I dont feel sorry for them. Society has brainwashed people into believing that marriage is true happiness. In my opinion, weak men marry. Before marriage, couples dont talk about how health insurance works. They ignore the importance of wealth management. Some stay married because they feel like no one will love them, etc.

It’s sad but that’s how my marriage started after 1 year of dating…It was good until the last 3 years before divorce…well maybe 6 years before divorce as all I did was spend f~~~tons of money on her.

I think most men stay married because it doesn’t seem worth having to battle your way out of marriage. Division of assets, loss of kids, having no real support system to get you through the scenario, not to mention by the time a lot of men wake up they are past their prime and don’t see a point. It’s highly unlikely to amass a vast fortune or two go through a massive amount of attractive woman starting at 40 years of age.
