Why does every field of work begs women to come?

I have a simple ,layman question. Why does political,administrative,scientific,military,economic institutions all over the world beg women to come join them. I dont have problem if a women has talent and comes on her own but why does they want to increase the ratio with women quickly. In india hiring of women in all the above fields are going at a fast rate ,thanks to preferential treatment in recruitment process(it is by law to have certain vacancies reserved for women) also informally they are to be given higher scores in interviews. These women who get selected are far worse than their men counterparts in everything.

What is the reason behind this global phenomenon, Today i see something about nasa making lego toys of women who worked in nasa to encourage little girls to work in nasa.

Women in general aren’t interested in these areas. They have to be brainwashed by feminism and society into believing that they are.

There is nothing more productive than a group of men working together. Introduce one female, and the group will implode or become distracted. Certainly it will lose it’s will to accomplish or care about the project or group goal.

So men peel off and leave, looking for work where there are no women, or they stay but don’t care. So women are called in to “marry” the corporation. The women are so loyal to their “corporation” husband, they will do anything for the corporation.

Of course, the women f~~~ it all up, so the corporation gets government money, and the system perpetuates. The bailouts were government money (men’s productivity) given to just about every failing corporation. The country should have imploded but the bank-bailouts delayed the implosion, creating more female dominated useless workforces for companies with little or no sales, such as hotels and cars.

It’s a f~~~ed up system.

The reason I’m a member of this website is because I’ve been searching for a men only place for a long time, before this site existed. And I think its the only place left that can ban women.

Honestly, does anyone believe a company would hire a workforce that can not perform the functions required by choice?
If you add in “free” money to offset the cost of lower performance. Companies will jump on it while passing the labour to those who can perform the results required.

I hate it when a woman interviews me for a job. She is such a bitch! During an interview, I’ve been yelled at when I answered a question wrong, given bathroom duty openings while other managers there wanted me to work something better, nagged at, questioned, compared to by the woman’s daughter Princess Perfect, degraded and demeaned before having me walk out there empty handed. I’m thinking if a woman is going to be an unpleasant bitch with an attitude during the interview, I don’t even want to imagine being a guy working for that bitch! I would be happy when quitting time arrives.

I’m telling you, women managers are beasts to men and are pleasant around other females. I won’t want to work for a c~~~; I’d rather work for a guy over age 40. Even the young managers of either gender are total s~~~heads!
