    CBC article from today:

‘It’s either overt or covert hostility’: Why only 2 women made list of 100 highest-paid CEOs

Lost in Tuesday’s news that Canada’s 100 top-paid CEOs made 193 times what the average worker did in 2015 is the fact only two members of that elite club are women.

The lack of diversity reflected in the Canadian Centre for Policy Alternatives’ list may seem hard to believe, but not so for the experts who’ve been studying the problem. In fact, a recent report by consultancy Rosenzweig & Co. found that among the 100 biggest companies in Canada, only eight have female CEOs.

The numbers don’t look any better when other executive roles such as chief financial officer and chief technology officer are included. Of 526 such positions at Canada’s biggest companies, only 42 are held by women.

“The obvious explanation, sadly, is that there still is discrimination happening,” managing partner Jay Rosenzweig said in an interview Tuesday. “It’s either overt or covert hostility.”

that’s why they don’t understand. the explanation is not obvious. there are many factors.

99% of people that give birth are women. The other one percent are transgender women.

The obvious explanation, sadly, is discrimmination. 😉

MGTOW is not a movement, it is a way of life.

I assume nothing in Canadian law prevents women from starting their own company and being the CEO. Of all the companies cited, how many were started by a man?

The reason most women blame men for everything is because said women suffer under the “princess complex”. These women, as little girls, where taught they were princesses, and men were their “servants”. And that princesses can do no wrong, and thus it was their “servants”, men, whom then must be at fault.

Their lack of accountabilty.Nothing is ever their fault, so who does that leave to blame? Men.

the board of directors don’t want an unaccountable person as CEO

Men built everything. Who else can be at fault?

Only the person that pulls the load can be at fault for where it is.

We are at fault. It is our fault.

Why only 2 women made list of 100 highest-paid CEOs

And how many people who crawl into the SEWERS are women?
They never seem to want to talk about that inequality.

Why don’t women ever complain about how much OPRAH earns compared to them?

It’s only about MALE CEOs earning more that p~~~es them off. Why don’t you try and be Oprah, bitch? Then you can make MORE than a male CEO. Because frankly , men are getting sick and tired of your wining “wage gap” s~~~…. and women are already over paid because you’re collecting a monthly check from your ex husband when you should be crawling into the F~~~ING SEWER to earn a living instead.

Women are already grossly overpaid. There isn’t one woman alive making 216 monthly payments to a man for kid that’s not even hers.

    “WHAAAAAHHH!!!!! MALE CEOs EARN MORE!!”

“Does that mean I can whine about earning less than Oprah?”

    “Shut up, you sexist asshole.”

“Why don’t you open your own business and you can be a CEO tomorrow and decide how much you earn!”

“Because I’m a f~~~ing lazy idiot who wants hand outs instead of doing the work. That’s why!”

Why do women blame men for everything?

Because they have nothing better to do.
    Imagine if men did this:

“WAAAAAAH I earn less than Michael Jackson. That’s discrimination! Racist too!”
“WAAAAAAH Why can’t I be the face of Lancome cosmetics? That’s sexism!!”

You’ll never hear it because men are busy adding real value to things.

If you keep doing what you've always done... you're gonna keep getting what you always got.

They still whinging about the effort gap?!

You don’t get to be CEO of a company other than by hard work, commitment to the job and long hours.

Male abilities are distributed as a bell curve like this:

    bell curve

Women’s abilities are distributed more evenly. Men are more likely to be either at the top end or the very bottom end. Women are a lot less likely to be at the bottom end. How come they never whinge about that?!

Oh hang on… equality but only when it suits. That explains it.

When more women offer to be voluntarily homeless to achieve an equal quota with male homelessness then we can talk about quotas for more female CEO’s. Until then, NFG about women whinging.

And we have a winner! Phil Knight was the CEO of Nike for years. Why? Because HE started the company selling shoes at track meets out of the trunk of HIS car. Why was Bill Gates the CEO of Microsoft for years? Because HE started the company.

Those are Fortune 500 companies that for the longest time were young enough for the founder to be the CEO. How many Facebook’s and Google’s were founded by a woman and grew into a Fortune 500?

And, let’s be honest. It’s really only been the last 25 years or so that women have really hit college looking for anything other than an MRS degree. So, in time, there will be more women CEO’s. I honestly think it will look a lot different in another 10 years or so.

At that point, the question will be, do you actively short any company with a woman CEO? Is that a valid investment strategy?

Because women, much like children, are quintessentially irresponsible.
That and the fact that most men really have no idea how intensely women hate them.

Behind every miserable man there is a very happy woman.

And how many women have made four star general? Or the presidency?
Or became astronauts who didn’t wear “Depends” to drive non-stop to confront “love triangle” member?

In my younger years. I wasn’t completely aware of the scope of it, but I knew some girls definitely harbored a hateful attitude to me for no good reason. It is things like that that led me to MGTOW years later.

They blame men for everything, because women hate it when they’re wrong. They think because they grew up believing they are princesses, they have their ways all the time, and they do it with rudeness and mean attitudes.

I really want to know why and how much, but I know not a single woman will actually tell me anything concerning that.

Blaming others is a symptom of psychological immaturity. Mature people acknowledge and take responsibility for their behavior and if possible, do something about the situation in question to change it. If it can’t be changed, accept it for what it is.

The weak and cowardly always blame the strong for what they do themselves. If they were courageous or strong, they would be able to shoulder the weight.

Add this to the fact that women are two-bodied and dualistic/pluralistic by nature, and you have a blame-shifting, hamstering, serial dating monster who cannot and will not take personal responsibility for anything other than it’s success.
