Sure, the government took his license away, but who reported him for not paying child support? And for “CHILDREN” that are now 18 and 21?!? On my time they were called f~~~ing ADULTS! It does seem like you have some MRA tendencies and respect the fact that you speak your mind. I don’t believe that MGTOW have to abide by a certain set of rules to actually GHOW. If you have the knowledge and insight on what harm may come and choose to ignore all relevant factors, then you ignored the red pill entirely. You don’t come off that way. I enjoy more discussion than insults being thrown around myself. I’m still learning and enjoy reading other’s opinions on issues. I’m not the type to point the blame finger at every women I see, but I also don’t give them the benefit of a doubt. There are plenty of men here with a good portion  of wasted life due to women. In doing so, a large number of MGTOW forum participants feed some “tasty soundbytes” to those that decry MGTOW. I have read a number of articles from women who claim to have silently observed the forums and have noticed that many men who claim to have gone their own way spend an awful lot of time online focusing on women. One of the MGTOW community members actually felt the need the other day to read, respond, and then post a thread on this forum entitled “I’m Famous” linking to the article and response. This is facebook behaviour. You posted for the real or imagined attention you would receive for using your valuable time to focus on the very thing you claim to not to care about. To continually post this nonsense only displays that you are hung up on women, and giving them free rent in your head, and therefore your resources. If this offends you, please skip forward to the end of my post.

Tool for Growth makes a well reasoned argument on the focus of the MGTOW community, and approaches all points logically and with observations. He even uses a pop culture reference to further illustrate his point; in a well done manner. Even if it is a dissenting opinion from the majority of people using this site, it is a valid opinion and well thought out. He poses a question which has merit and if countered, deserves a level of intelligence comparable to his post . Instead he received this:

I think nearly everyone here is incorrect in the assumption that you cannot be both an MRA and an MGTOW. I would consider myself both. I’m interested in taking care of me, and my own – refusing to compromise my sovereignty (MGTOW). But in doing so, I am concerned with my son’s future in life and preparing/protecting him from the injustices he will face in our society. I have an active interest in the future of men’s rights. Thus I can be considered an MRA. I feel the only way to combat the “gynocentricism” is to do so from a legal prospective. Men are being oppressed from legal vantage points, and changing these laws is improving one’s life for the better. Don’t like this, too bad.

We have forums about sports, video games and health among other things.

You can’t change the world, only yourself. If you want more positive discussion on mens issues, then why not make more threads about it? Why don’t you make a thread telling us how your going to climb a mountain, build a car or travel the world while achieving your dreams?

True, but those aren’t exactly “men’s issues”. As in they are not issues pertaining to all men. They’re more individual interests for individual men.
