Hello everyone, My name is John ,and I would like to share my store on how I became MGTOW.
What made me decide to go my own way was when I was 16. Growing up in a house that was an aftermath of divorce I experienced I guess you can say secondhand of what the laws of marriage can do to a man. My mother gain custody of me, my brother, and sister. My mother always told us how evil my father was granted my father could be a dick sometimes, but i came to the realization that it was because of my mother’s constant nagging. I heard all my mother talking about how she got victory over my father in court, and of course I was told that her victories was for my best interest. I soon learned that I was only hearing one side of the story, and I looked back at how naive I was to believe only my mother. I guess that’s part of growing up one must learn from their mistakes right? Seeing how my parents divorce ruined my father financially I became hesitant toward marriage, and later on dropped the how idea of getting married. My mother didn’t take this well, so she tried to use my own religion against me as shaming language. She said things like “John, God told me that you shouldn’t hate women He has the perfect woman for you, and you need to start listening to what God is trying to tell you”. Right away I didn’t buy her crap why would God make her His spokesmen right? I never hated women as she implied I just don’t want to tie my self to a woman with all the risks that come with marriage. I was however p~~~ed off that the courts are against men that is where she probably got the idea that I hate women quite the contrary. This was my “Red Pill Rage” that I got over in about two years I would say. Now today I could care less of what people think I just do my own thing, and I’m a freeman now I’am MGTOW!

So there you (finally) got it, John. Well then, what was so incredibly difficult about this one, huh..?

Now having said that (and having given you your first +1 for the records) you will probably be under scrutiny for another while by a few others, but then do take it with a “pinch of salt” and keep g(r)o(w)ing your own way…

I'd rather die a natual death with a clear MGTOW conscience somewhere off the grid than one within "modern" civilisation with a big stress mark on my forehead and a couple of dozen tubes plugged into my body. Back to the plantation..? Me..? Hey, literally: I won't ever fucking kid myself...YZERLMNTSIC

    Welcome to the forum.
This is a common theme I hear from my male friends who were separated from their kids. Good dads whose exes poisoned the kids against them. They hurt both the kids and the dads by keeping them apart for their own selfish reasons.

Smart kid, to GYOW at 16. I can only imagine how my life would have gone had I avoided all the problems caused by women.

Mothers can be controlling and manipulative, it’s in their nature. Even though my parents stayed together there’s been alot of turbulance on the way.

As for women from your generation, keep a look out for that UNICORN, but don’t impregnate, cohabitate or give them a walt disney wedding.

Welcome, John. A lot of guys have a similar story, myself included. You’re among good company, man. You made a good choice at such a young age, you won’t regret it!

Welcome! It is a wise man who learns from the mistakes of others and does not repeat them.

By the time I was twenty, someone I knew in high school was tangled up in his second divorce. I’m glad for anyone who avoids such a fate.

God told me that you shouldn’t hate women He has the perfect woman for you, and you need to start listening to what God is trying to tell you

God must have been really f~~~ed up that day to let some single mother speak for him. I mean he must have been hung over after a night of heavy boozing and strippers to suddenly let a divorcee speak for him.

Now it is commonly believed that men marry or date their mothers in a sense so if your mother was some nagging c~~~ then you are dating/marrying some nagging c~~~ and if your mother cant last through a single marriage what makes your future wife be able to either?

This all comes down to mothers wanting their sons to be slaves since the worst possibility that could happen is their sons completely abandon them and leave them out to die while not caring for them but if the son is a slave of a woman then he has at least someone to control him.

So you and i are part of the lucky few bastards who get mgtow while we are young before we head out to make stupid decisions like marriage since i discovered mgtow at 15.

Just an east coast asshole who likes to curse, If you get offended by words like fuck, cunt, shit, piss, bitch or any racial slurs then you just scroll down.

    Welcome aboard.
It seems to me that you have a good mindset here. Not caring about what people think is, to me, one of the attitudes that grants true peace of mind, which is so hard to find nowdays. It also gives me the freedom to act according to my interests, not allowing expectations to dictate what I’m supposed to do or be.
