    Ok found the glasses, now what were we talking about..oh yea wisdom. Sorry I dont know anything about that.

    But if you are smart you will learn from your mistakes along the way.You can look back and reevaluate your life, the events you lived through, and see them through your more mature eyes.
    Remember every experience you have, what you learned from it, to use again later.

    That and streach!
    Makes ya feel way younger.
