In my divorce I learned that whoever filed for custody first usually got it. When my ex left me I immediately went to see an attorney that same day.

He recommended that I file for divorce and custody. He told me that he didn’t know how many men have told him that their little cupcake would never file for divorce. These men were screwed when their wife filed first.

Now we have a college boy being in a compromising position with a female student.

They were both drunk and he knew she had filed a Title IX sexual assault case against his friend.

So, he rushed down to the Title IX coordinator the next morning and filed an assault claim.

Now he is the victim to be believed. They both admit that she was drunk too but, like with me, whoever files first wins the oppression Olympics.

He won and she got suspended so he wouldn’t have to go to school in a hostile environment that might affect his learning.

The take home message is, when in doubt hit first. In our environment there is no fault for filing a false report so you might as well file first.

Use their own weapons against them before they can use the same against you.

    Wise advice, Pufffin.

Do not date. Do not impregnate. Do not co-habitate. Above all, do not marry. Reclaim and never again surrender your personal sovereignty.

Ya see there’s the difference, she’s already got the plan together and executes the plan of f~~~ery. Meanwhile he’s still in shock and can’t think straight or do much of anything never mind immediately run to the lawyers office. That’s why women get out of divorce so well, she’s been thinking about it for a long long time, has her plans all researched, confirmed and ready to execute and may already have seen a lawyer. By the time she tells the guy she wants a divorce, she’s already processed any feelings of loss, sadness etc and is ready to go to work taking everything she can get. Mean while it’s zero hour for her victim.

When my ex left me she didn’t let on at all. Everything was fine. We’d had a few bad months due to her post partum depression but things had worked out.

Don’t get me wrong, I knew she was bored and going to bolt at any moment.

But that morning she was sweet as can be. A great acting performance.

When I came home from work she had driven the entire time I was at work to her dads house 8 hours away.

She had it all planned out. Even had a therapist lined up for her to see that day, so she could testify in any court hijincks I came up with.

She overplayed her hand. She never thought I’d dump her. I dumped her on the spot. I went from happily married with 9 month old to divorced single dad in an 24 hour period of time. With no warning.

It was her or my son and she was out the door anyway.

No choice really. It sucked though.

If you want to have a relationship with a woman you have to be very nimble and ready to react at a moments notice.

I agree with that in 90% of situations.

However – I had a buddy that was still banging his ex and she was banging another guy.

    It was textbook triangulation.

Eventually the new guy (new c~~~) got the other c~~~’s number off her phone and called my buddy.

She was trying to run damage control in the first 36-48 hours. And she told my buddy if he talked to the new guy, ever, even if the new guy called him, she would get a restraining order.

I encouraged him to let her. Let the slut file first. Because she was in panic mode while still thinking she had the upper hand.

    Her arrogance was her weakness.

And she ran wild with the restraining order when she filed it. All six pages. Amidst her frantic blitz of trying to get both c~~~s to stop talking to each other, she made critical mistakes.

The funniest one was ‘including’ the new c~~~ on her order. Like just adding someone in the absence of that person even knowing what was going on.

Timeline errors and outright lies that were proven to be false. Almost in the same order by her own contradictory statements.

Anyway, my buddy wanted to go to court to ‘fight’ the order. Which doesn’t work because judges hand them out like candy on Halloween.

But I had my buddy go to an attorney that wrote a three page response that because it came from an attorney actually made it to the judge’s desk three days before the hearing. And by law the response was placed in the court file on record for that order that lasted two years.

Now, why go to all that trouble, have an attorney file a response and have it sit in the case file at the court.

    Easy.

When a slut f~~~s with you. F~~~ back harder, then sit back & wait.

Right now, five years later in the middle of a custody battle with a Beta she had secured, his attorney ran her name through court records, located the old order AND the court file. Requested it and certain aspects of it are being used against her in her new legal battle.

Bitches want to go to court. Bring it on. Nothing that happens in court exists on a dry erase board.

Document, document, document, file, file, file.

And occasionally let a slut walk into a trap she set for herself.

Its true. But it still won’t work to well in family court here in Oregon. But it’s worth a shot.

You are all alone. If you have been falsely accused of RAPE, DV, PLEASE let all men know about the people who did this. http://register-her.net/web/guest/home

“Roe said that she was being punished for ‘engaging in the same sexual freedoms that men on the campus enjoy.’ It might be more accurate to say she is being held to the same standard”

Equality is a bitch. Thanks for the post.

You want to make me angry? I will take a bite out of that anger and shit out success.

I disagree slightly. Women may plan things out in some instances, like getting the lawyer in advance, figuring out where they are going to stay while separated, etc. However, they always fail to consider consequences of their actions. They don’t really consider how their actions are going to encourage other people to respond.

So in the case of the college girl, she did not consider that filing a sexual assault claim was going to erode any trust people may have in her, particularly in sexual situations. Probably still doesn’t understand that the dude file the claiming is a more than appropriate response based on her passed behavior.

In Puffs divorce, she figured out what she wanted to do, but never considered how Puff was going to respond to it in filing first.

In Sky-Os case, the woman never considered that filling a false claim could expose her as a liar and ruin her case.

In my case, my ex reacted emotionally, and didn’t consider much of anything. She didn’t even consider the fact that she would have to go get a job. I was dumb at the time because I did not take advantage of the lack of forethought in her case.

I would argue that men are much much better at dealing with these scenarios. More accurately, more capable. The reason we don’t always act that way is because we have ‘moral barriers’ that prevent us from taking action at the time. We don’t want to screw over people, sometimes when they are in the process of screwing us over. We are surprised that our wives (or whoever) broke these barriers themselves and are kinda waiting for them to come to their senses. But they don’t.

But men do learn. We learn that our mental barriers are fictitious and there is nothing wrong with defending yourself from an attack you know is coming. And some time, you’re only real defense is to attack first.

    Ok. Then do it.
