I posted similar thing not long ago. Old pest of an ex kept bugging me again. As some others said: radio silence is the best option. Ghost her ass and go your own way. Trying to argue with a crazy woman is a waste of breath.

In narcissist terms it’s called ‘hoovering’, she just wants to know that she can come in and out of your life at will, that gives her supply. It makes no difference to her if you say yes or no, to her, the very fact that you responded is what gives her a buzz. She will keep ramping up the attention until you eventually give in and allow her back into your life, then,BAM she will destroy you, and enjoy every minute of it. NO CONTACT is your only defense.
