At the age of 30 i still haven’t found mine. I’ve spent my entire life waiting for the grim reaper. So what’s your passion?

Once i see maine ill have seen all the lower 48 and will either try to go to the oil fields in alaska or the research base in antartica. And ill probably eventually get back on a ship to see more.

Fabricating, woodwork, metalwork, renovations, mechanics, electronics. Mostly anything that involves starting with raw materials and ending up with a finished product. I just love building/fixing stuff. But I’m no expert in any of these things, they are just my hobby.
The answer is NO. “I could but I won’t”. Memini murum!
I’m with John, but much more low tech. I wouldn’t call it a passion, it’s just what I enjoy doing. Lately, I’ve been doing home automation stuff. I have some minor renovations I want to do in the back yard. And honestly, I enjoy playing video games, collecting things, and other kid stuff.
Last night, the kids and I were working on a puzzle…for hours. I enjoyed it so much I ordered two more to work on over the weekend.
To me, part of going MGTOW meant that I don’t have to be passionate about anything. Women compel men to be passionate about something. We often do so be to be more attractive to them. When you remove that need, you stop thinking about what you must achieve, and start thinking about what you want to do, with little concern with how anyone else thinks about what you spend your time doing.
Ok. Then do it.

That’s an interesting point. I’m really looking for a purpose and a reason to get out of bed in the morning. I’m drowning in a sea of nihilism at the moment. At one point, i though finding my unicorn and starting a family was my purpose. I’m struggling to find something to replace it with.
I wish i could create things from scratch but my father taught me nothing other than to raise a glass.

I admire your skill set man.

I am a transmission builder and yet my passion is reef tanks and natural reefs. I spend any extra time scuba diving. In my reefs i aquaculture corals and then frag for other reef keepers. Also i am on my 14th octopus. If anyone would like to see some pics or vids i would be happy to share
I am an aspiring professional athlete. I wake up at 4am to train, go to my 9-5, then train again before going to sleep ay 8pm.

Anonymous0Well I found one as a fireman, another one, although I am not super active in it due to various current issues, is firearms. I always have fun, wither cleaning repairing, or shooting them. I am not that good either, but when I go out on my own or get together with someone its always a good time and very relaxing. I also really enjoy motorcycle riding, unfortunately it has fallen by the way side this year due to health, financial, and work issues. However of my passions, I encourage motorcycle riding the most. It is pure adventure be it a local ride or a 3 week road camp to BFE. I also have simpler/lesser passions you could call them, I love history and avidly research anything WW1, and I love reading in general, books like 1984, All Quiet on the Western Front, and even entertainment books like Jurassic Park.
The way I see it one does not wake up with a passion for x or y. You have things you like to do and the more you do them or the amount of enjoyment you get out of them makes them a passion. No one is born with passions, it is impossible. By the way SCUBA diving is very fun too, give that a shot if it sounds appealing.
Having my own business – nothing like the feeling
Working out – body & brain
Investing – Markets ARE predictable – if you understand human nature!
Which is why political pollsters suck,BTW
Lifes a bitch, but you don't have to marry one!
1. Working out. Nothing beats feeling stronger and looking more shredded after a nice day of lifting/calisthenics.
2. Investing. Dave ramsey. My first milli. Here I come
3. Reading/video games/binge watching netflix. The guilty pleasure. But f~~~ it, I am allowed to and nobody will tell me otherwise. Plus data 2 f~~~ing rocks.
4. Trying to score 700+ on the GMAT to ensure Ill go to a top business school. Its like a game at this point and performing better each day gets my rocks kicking.
5. Biking. Man do I love some good biking trail. Hell of a workout too.Fabricating, woodwork, metalwork, renovations, mechanics, electronics.
I think John is on target–doing things with your hands–creating is very satisfying—and of course Firearms! The lore of the gun! Just remember weapons are the reason we aren’t still swinging in the trees.
Love motorsports. I enjoy my drives, especially the rallies with like minded gents. Love the blurb of the exhaust pipe when downshifting. Also meeting so many car guys of varying ages and tastes.

Anonymous5Sport cars, I don’t necessarily care about the brand, but the body. Going to college this fall, going for mechanical engineering. I always wanted to be a banker though, my first choice was finance, but with an engineering degree, I can jump from one field to an other. Gaming, I really like gaming, smoking cannabis, and sipping some Hennessy. But, I don’t really have a passion, these things are what I enjoy in life.
