I was personally banned TWICE from an old MGTOW forum based on nothing but my introduction – which I still cannot possibly imagine contained anything ANYONE could possibly object to. No way.

( I learned later many others received the same treatment. )

But the way the door was slammed in my face was totally un-called for and it emotionally f~~~ed me up for hours. I was even banned from visiting and reading. It was gutting because I gelt like “belonged” for once…. and the door was closed in my face.

So we don’t that. We would put up with all kinds of crap before shutting someone out like that. When someone is unwelcome, they definitely know why — FIRST.

Pausing posting privs is nowhere near the same thing.
We have to understand WTF is going on too.

Alright I don’t get it? MGTOWER has always been very cool and I really like his posts…I’m pretty sure I’m following him so this makes no sense to me at all. I get GEM10 is his brother but Gem was acting the fool. We can’t give him a pass just because Tower is his brother. TOWER should be the first one kicking Gem in the ASS! • We have an email where he blamed “Mr Hyde” for his conduct in the forums – multiple references to an alternate personality over which he had no self-control.

• We have an email from him on October 14th “your site sucks”.
So why did he join TWICE?

• We have an email from October 15th where he signed up using a dot-com as a display name. We removed the dot-com and he insisted on changing it back. We removed it again in the interest of him not coming off as a spammer to others.

And STILL after all of that…. we made him a participant.
Because “he’s your brother” to which we responded with a welcome.

Then MGTOW are “motherf~~~ers….. and women with dicks …. contaminated by female thinking”. in a response to a sincere and genuine new member introduction.

And you have PROBLEM with us?????

Which means it’s not as fuel efficient, but you don’t have to feed it super premium gas.

Also it’s been my experience that if it’s easy to maintain, it won’t be good on gas. But still better than a cage.

I like stuff from the 70’s early 80’s when people still used bikes as transportation and not a weekend plaything.

So start checking craiglist. Most people I know with classics will never part with them, but you never know when barn find is going to turn up.
