    Tonight is a German night on the grill tonight:
    Bratwurst with caraway seed and brown spicy mustard
    Red Cabbage
    Spiced Apple Rings
    Bavarian Potato Dumplings
    Weihenstephaner Hefe Weissbier

    I got nothing on the grill tonight. But, I’m drinking heavily tonight.

    For some reason, I’m having emotional thoughts. Having a girl by my side and s~~~.

    But, it’s the liquor!!

    Just scarfed down a couple of cheeseburgers. Washed them down with a couple of cold Buds and took the hound for a long walk. Let him lunge at a couple of Hispanics on the neighborhood trail….just for sport ; )

    I’m about to start making some baby back ribs in a slow cooker. Got some applewood rub and will put some apple juice in the cooker to reinforce the flavor. I’ll have some mashed potatoes alongside it
