Why you so lazy to cook man?

I work from my home office so I just feel like getting out once the weather cools down at night.

My Mom also hands me loads of food every time I visit (once or twice a week) her so I never find the need to cook.

I cook every once in a while though. If you come over, I promise to make you some sizzling fajitas. 🙂

It was Pete but next weekend will be the last of the fresh veggies to throw on the grill. Can’t believe how quick the time had gone by.

Makes me think of the brauts we used to cook on your $3.00 grill and then chase with Jaegermeister.

    Good days.

Cheddar cheese four egg omelette. Thin Italian toast with blueberry preserves. A few pickle-chips. Stovetop fried sausages. Orange juice and milk. For dessert a small piece of apple pie ala-mode.

Not fancy .. but I felt for an evening breakfast since I skipped meals today. It’s what I wanted. Thx.

    Sounds delicious!

Marinated some chicken, threw in some corn and rice on the side.
It’s 90 degrees so it still feels like summer.

    st louis style ribs,
small red and gold potatoes first boiled then finished on grill..
    and a beer can chicken…
    better than rotisserie any day.

a minute and a half video..
i gave ya the quick version.
    very easy.
keep the middle of the grill off.
    surround it w heat.

forget the BBQ sauce on the chicken.
salt and olive oil will do just fine.
the first half hour it seems like nothing is happening.
    then the magic happens..
    crisp and moist.
    incredible.
    beer can chicken.
    doesn’t taste like beer,
just has incredible moist cooked meat.
    .
left overs will be lunch/dinner for work.
    put over brown rice.
    ENJOY……

Cooked my dinners for the week. Broiled pork tenderloin, broiled bacon, and a vegetable soup.

I got nothing in my fridge. I walked down to an Italian restaurant and satisfied my craving for good ol spaghetti n meatb~~~~, a craft beer and some cannolis.

Nice Gambit. While I have and can cook fajitas, there is nothing like having them brought out to you after you have been sitting and drinking a cool 32oz beer. Choice

This menu is a winner any time of the day as far as I am concerned. Thanks for sharing and this might be brunch next Saturday.

It’s looking to be a solid dinner of Leinenkugels on this end. Though red beans/rice with a heavy dose of bacon and onion would be nice.

Very nice, I was grilling after sundown with temps around 65. Very nice way to spend the early evening.

A classic “easy serve” menu that never fails to satisfy. As always Hitman, a very nice recipe and thanks for sharing

This really is a top notch chicken recipe and almost anything off the grill works as a side. Cost it, wrap it in foil and cook for 8-10 minutes! Corn 16. Nice nice really nice.
