Men that are victims of “Paternity Rape” (using a man’s sperm without his permission to create a child) and divorced with children what can I do;
1.Get a legal order to protect the rights of a child to see their father. This will mean that this will ensure the child’s human rights to having access to both parents. If you are a man don’t be concerned by this as it is only legal access not custody.
2.Once a child has access to you, and is in your care, even if it’s only for one day you can collect a genetic sample from the mouth without harm to the child to have a test for paternity. As much as people tell you this is not an illegal action anybody say this is a fear monger that does not have your best interest in mind (See Paternity Fraud).
a.In the UK some genetic laboratories will not do paternity tests without the mother’s consent but this is only to cover their ass it’s not illegal.
b.It also is not illegal to have a genetic sample processed in another country if the mother’s consent is legally necessary within your country. This too was not illegal.
3.If the child is proven not to be yours you are no longer required to pay child support or alimony.
4.Take legal action against this woman and have her charged of violating your civil rights under civil law. This is universal within western countries.
5.Get compensation for all the time and effort and emotional trauma you may have received under this false paternity assertion.
6.If the paternity test comes back positive don’t be concerned. Just be a good dad see them often and they will love you for it and then mother will hate you for it. This way it is a stalemate situation rather than a free ride for the mother.
a.It is also good to note that once a child is over the age of 11 and they want to live with few the court may listen to the child’s request and grant you residency. Meeting the mother will have to pay child support to you.
7.If you live close enough to your child, and the commute is trivial petition for dual custody. This way your offspring have 50-50 access to you and you won’t have to pay child support.
a.This is possible in the UK and Australia in the US it becomes complicated between states but try anyway.
b.It is worth it if you are high income earner to live on same street as your child as the 50-50 rule will still apply and it will not put you out of your lifestyle or change the child’s routine. That way you don’t have to pay child support or flee the country. And it is a much more fulfilling relationship with your progeny to the point that you may not need another person in your life. It could even satisfy intimacy needs as well as giving you great joy and fulfilment.
Don’t break the 50-50 rule or your child will resent you for it and you may be back where you started. As long as the child has access to you in equal measure to the mother you don’t need to pay child support and will give you more say in what happens in life say of your child if not equal say in the care of child. With the added bonus of piercing of their mother.

I had a situation like this with my daughter. I ended up working out a agreeable situation where I’m close to 50-50 custody. I do pay some child support, but not as horrendous an amount as I would if we duked it out in court in WA state (my best friends are both attorneys and told me this is really the best way – the alternative costs about k apiece for her mom and me in legal fees, not to mention the headaches, etc ). Also I happen to know that my money is well spent on my daughter and doesn’t go for frivolous crap for her mom or anything like that.

Meanwhile I had a great weekend with the kid, dropped her off last night after a visit with my mom, having her over Wednesday again. No major complaints here.

Keep in mind I live in WA state which is particularly f~~~ed when it comes to men in family court, so as the aforementioned lawyer friends told me, anything I can do to keep it out of there will probably work in my favor. YMMV

Definitely do the DNA test. I did even though my kid has some family traits that are pretty rare and I had very little doubt, but still – it’s not too expensive these days and the peace of mind is worth it.

Had her mom turned out to be a complete f-ing mental case I would have done the court thing and then re-done it at 11 or so to bring my daughter’s wishes into the mix if I didn’t get custody the first time around. As fortune would have it, I didn’t need to go that route. Under our arrangement, for all intents and purposes my daughter can choose to stay with either of us, but for practical reasons – mainly school proximity – she ends up staying probably 60% or so with her mom. Plus she gets along great with her mom and loves spending time with her so it’s all good.

I’m one of the lucky ones. I know countless others who didn’t end up with anywhere near as good a situation as I have.

Isn’t that the truth. My daughter’s mom met me with an undiagnosed case of baby rabies, and I turned out to be the lucky guy.

I got a great kid out of the deal so no complaints. That said, take Cheeky’s advice to heart if you’re in this situation. I put a lot of work into making it clear that I wasn’t going anywhere and wasn’t going to let mom claim “victim” status as the abandoned single mom. I’ve been there for everything – not a single concert or recital missed, that sort of thing. The keys have been to always be polite, have good communication, work through any attempts at drama generation with the attitude of cooperation. Eventually it clicked on her mom that life was better for everyone if we worked together.

Plus, once your kid knows and loves his/her Daddy, mom has to think twice before pulling any BS.

Or as I liked to tell her mom: “Remember, someday she’s going to pick your nursing home.”

You are absolutely right. Hopefully there’s more because you never can think straight when it happens to you. Your mind is emotionally clouded at the time.

So spread it around to as many managed can possibly find they need this as paternity rape is becoming more popular these days. The government wants to put more financial burden on fathers or proxy fathers so they don’t have to pay so much of the taxpayer’s money supporting these deceitful lazy bitches and marriage fraudsters.
