What the Hell happened to My Jaw Line?

This is a question for someone here who is deeper in the medical field than I. What the heck happened to my jaw line? I had lost it in the last 2-3 years. I am not over weight either I am some where between 5’7″ and 5’9″ and weigh around 160lbs. and can fluxuate up to 165lbs. Still have my tonsils and I do chew tobacco and occasionally smoke cigarettes. Moderate drinker. This developed after a couple years as a fireman, and I notice many of my fellow firemen have the same trait they tend to be heavier and I was too at 175lbs. until recently. Perhaps its poisons released from burning things? Lots of Cyanide in the burning things these days. I am not ill so I doubt it is a tumor( a wee bit young for a tumor I would hope) not that illness is relevant, thyroid problems are not in my linage but such problems could lead to a goiter. Or tonsil problems perhaps? Its either fat or a disease in my mind, however I have no idea why now I would have fat there, I have slimmed some, any more and I will literally be a wash board, no exaggeration.

I do not know, all I know is this fat neck is p~~~ing me off and I’d like to take a big knife to it and trim the f~~~ing disgusting thing up.

Thank you Sir, it is a privileged to do the job. And I sure like to smoke the weed back in the high school times. I know some people that use it and have better results than leading prescriptions. I’ll have to look into oils and get a physical with the doctor. I do not expect them(doctors) to help, dealing with a back issue and it is a pain! Thanks for the good wishes!

Mr. Rick Simpson cured people of cancer with weed oil. He, and his patients, mostly war vets, were not allowed to talk about it. He is from my province of birth. I am very proud of his work. He as has had to relocate to I believe Transylvania. He is a good man. A helper.

I’ll have to look over that video tomorrow when I am more sober. I try to be unselfish, it comes easier. I hope The Lord to be with me, I am afraid I have turned away in the past but have been trying to rekindle my spirituality. I find comfort in it.

That had to hurt, my sympathies I can not truly relate. Family is an important thing to me as well.

I am the same skinny with a double chin and gut at 40. years of office based work causing poor posture, age and beer causes it.
