Shiner Wicked Ram IPA. Went perfectly with the mesquite-grilled salmon with raspberry/chipotle/garlic/lime glaze prepared for me by exactly no woman ever…..the same deserving of absolutely none from me. Now if you’ll excuse me, 2 fingers of Rebecca Creek and a nice cigar await me on the patio……

Don’t laugh, but my favorite beer is Select 55.
    Light and not filling.

Coors Light and Ginger Beer. I even decorated my Man Cave bedroom in some Coors Light décor using a tin image of the Silver Bullet and a NASCAR flag.

Best beer I remember having was Boag’s Draught – the stuff the Tasmanians keep to themselves. Cunning bastards. The stuff they export isn’t nearly as good as the stuff from the tap.

When it comes to mainstream stuff, I’ll usually stick with something like Blue Moon draft with salt dressing. I do like Pale Ales but I definitely do like craft beer as well. I also love to drink Shiner Bock.

When I want to treat myself I’ll get some Chimay. I always feel great after a bottle.

They key to drinking beer is get draft is possible.

I’m still searching for my favourite beer, but meanwhile I love to drink Murphy’s Irish Red and Guinness.
I collect empty bottles of beer, there are 38 on my shelves, and the only american beers I got are Budweiser and Coors.

    Favourite Beer?

    Preferably Cold
5% Alcohol or better, absolutely not “light” crap.
I prefer locally brewed/Micro brewery fare as the majority of the big “commercial” beers all taste the same to me now.
Chilled dishwater mixed with p~~~, some of them are like swamp water just to give them a darker colour.

Adnams Ghost Ship – this stuff is absolutely lovely. A keg that is slightly chilled is Heaven and it gets you pretty drunk too!

I am from and live in Oregon and yes, the Beer here is amazing.

I usually drink Stouts, there are particular types I have really enjoyed the most. I love Anderson Valley’s Bourbon Barrel Stout. Full Sail’s Imperial Stout is a super awesome one as well. The bitterest, nastiest, most sourest Stout I’ve ever drank, which I love of course, is Base Camp’s S’more Stout; I drank this one at a bar before and they serve you the Beer with a roasted marshmallow wedged onto the glass.

I do not limit myself to Stouts only, as there are so many different great beers to enjoy. I can honestly say I am never left disappointed when I drink locally brewed Oregon Beer.
