Dunno, he was just one of many that day to be downgraded. Probably not much of a big deal.

He ended up delegating the decision to his chief of staff who decided to pull a bunch of temporary security clerances. Jared was one of them. Pull your news source of choice on what John Kelly said. I googled that. Breitbart reported that Jared was of threat of being compromised by Israel and 3 other governments.

Question here is one of how the functioning of the Trump administration, and Jared will be, with reduced security clearance.

I can tell you from experience, this can be absolutely nothing. When you change positions to something that doesn’t need the clearance, you will have your clearance downgraded, base on the policy of need to know. This is just a bunch of silly conspiracy theory crap thrown around by people who don’t take the time to understand how the system of classification works.

In short, he has a new set of objectives that no longer need that level of clearance.

Many had security clearance downgraded. Two reasons.

1. Attempt to control leaks. Kelly is in charge. You have to limit the field to catch the fish.

Now, Kelly will dangle some security lures and whallah….caughtcha

2. Not having top security clearance actually protects them. It limits democrats ability to stir up problems, etc. And, limits amount of false hustle for Kelly.
