Quiet places and wilderness should be protect at all costs. Hunting rifles will have a place for that as well. Basically, there will be just about anything here men like to have. It would not be that hard.

The concept of only have on island is just and IDEA.

Take a place like FIJI.

There are tons of surrounding islands with NOTHING on them.

the idea is to spread out homes on the other remote islands to promote things like people who want to have families etc. I really do want to have something like a wild west island where it is really old fashion values, and the old wild west within reason. (No outlaws, or bandits stealing livestock etc)

And if we need a new place we just build out on the ocean (Plenty of rocks to do this) as there are many shallow areas.

Things like tropical storms and large waves will be taken care of by having submarine like contractions that have no problem with water.

Buildings will have the option to be built to code, but if you don’t..

Also, most of the fun is going to happen of island anyways.

It would make a TON of sense to build airports on the sea. Not only is there little risk of planes not being able to land, we would have areas for jets that land with issues. Also, there would be things such as take off assist to get the planes in the air so that most of the fuel would be saved on take off.

Since sea land is cheap.. Well. That just makes sense. And you could make MULTIPLE long Runways, and they would always be fog free since we would be able to use

Its amazing, but shop teachers are some kind of rare breed nowadays. They have closed down all of the High school auto shops, and Wood shops. It just sucks. A tribute to shop teachers is needed on the island. I miss all those school benches we made. And my teacher was not a shop teacher. He was just a regular joe in 8th grade. I MISS HIM.
