I don’t really know any of the backgrounds of these women I work with and I don’t really care because I never ASK THEM, and because I’m well aware of how social gossip bulls~~~ can lead to an HR report done against me for flapping my gums about the wrong thing, I keep all my conversations with them work-related. The girl who works for me could be toxic in her off-time. She might treat her husband like s~~~ or just completely ignore him altogether, or whatever the f~~~ in any scenario, I don’t know because I simply don’t ASK. It’s none of my business, and the only s~~~ we talk about are the things we’re finishing up, or “Hey, I’m getting a drink/going to the restroom/throwing this s~~~ away. Be right back!”
If the girl who works for me is toxic, it obviously doesn’t show because she actually has more than half a brain in her head and doesn’t f~~~ing show it at work which means she has a side of professionalism to her. On 15-minute breaks and lunch breaks, she goes out to eat in her car, which has more light than our nearly-dim break room since 75 percent of the lights turn off/dim in my store after 10PM. While my crew throw gossip bulls~~~ around in our little groups at parties, she pretty much keeps to herself and spends her time looking at her cell phone instead. In all the months I’ve known her, I know little about her and what she does outside of work. The times she has mentioned her family was, “Hey, could I leave work 15 minutes early? My husband is leaving for his construction job at so-and-so and I don’t want him running late to watch our two kids for me.” Hell, on those days, we had finished well ahead of schedule anyway, and our group just bulls~~~s around until 5:30AM, so I was all too happy to let her go at 5:15.
I don’t want you guys thinking that I’m DEFENDING women by saying all this, but what I AM saying is that if I have to f~~~ing tolerate women in my workplace for the next 25 years until I can f~~~ing semi-retire, THESE are the women that I’d rather be dealing with in that time instead of the other goddamn c~~~s I’ve come across in the past 12 years. The day/evening shift women at my store are f~~~ing bulls~~~ gossip bitches and when I’m coming in to get ready for my shift and they’re all gabbing away in the breakroom, I don’t make eye contact with them and pretty much try to ignore them. I keep my pleasantries to a minimum.
: Hi! How are you doing?
: Fine, thanks.
That’s it. No further conversation. I don’t know them at all, not even their names, and I don’t care.
I’m just grateful that the women I have to work alongside with on a nightly basis actually know what the f~~~ WORK is. Like I said, I don’t know their personal lives, I’m not going back to blue-pill status by kissing up to these women, I don’t know what they’re like outside of work, but I respect them for putting their game faces on and not slacking off and having me take the brunt of the workload that they are supposed to do like so many f~~~ing bitches around the world decide to do.
F~~~. The girl who works for me has more f~~~ing heart and work ethic than some of the lazy-ass guy slackers who f~~~ around and avoid certain projects. Why is it that a 215-pound guy who could easily handle heavy freight simply SMILES at me when I ask him for his help and says, “SUCKS TO BE YOU!” before walking off, but a 90-pound girl will rush instantly to help me without f~~~ing hesitation even though some of that s~~~ weighs more than she does???
Even as a hardcore MGTOW who has been Red Pill since 2005, I would rather choose that girl to work alongside with every night over a stupid jackass of a guy who wouldn’t help me even if my life f~~~ing depended on it.
In my line of work, it’s all about who you can trust. And right now, I can’t trust half the guys I work with. And two of them are hardcore bachelors with MGTOW views, but they won’t do f~~~-all to help a fellow bachelor when he asks for help.
