ATTITUDE..keeping it positive
MIND..the place that is the most important.
……the mind is mine,i can use it to my advantage,
……or it can carry me to places i do not want to be.
CHOICES , to worry or not to worry.

It seems to me that I can only control my mind. I once read somewhere that we tend to act upon our predominant thoughts—despite what we say we value in life. Every night, I visualize what I think my future should be. I can work diligently toward a goal, yet some outside force can disrupt my plans.
