Just went for a drive at lunch time. What a beautiful day! Great weather, window open, getting a trucker’s tan on my left elbow, sunglasses on, listening to The Eagles Greatest Hits. I got a text from a female friend this morning wanting to know if I wanted to get together this weekend. Sorry honey, I already have plans. Maybe next time….
So, as I’m listening to The Eagles, I start hearing the red pill / blue pill in their songs. So, let’s take a quick run through the playlist:
1. Take It Easy: Got four women that want to own me, two that want to stone me, one says she’s a friend of mine. Total red pill. Moral of the story, No F~~~s Given.
2. Peaceful, Easy Feeling: Now I know it wasn’t you that held me down, Heaven knows it wasn’t you that set me free, so often times it happens that we live our lives in chains that we never even know we had the key. Moral of the story, this is a guy dating post red pill that knows a woman’s nature. He likes what he sees, but he knows she’s probably not staying around long. And he’s ok with it. Because AWALT, and she’s not mine, it’s just my turn.
3. Tequila Sunrise: The guy is lamenting about being put in the friend zone. And he is struggling trying to get her attention. Song about Justin Case.
4. Best of my Love: Song is at the end of the relationship, doing some mental inventory of what went wrong. But at the end he just says, look I gave you the best of my love and it wasn’t enough for you, so I’m moving on. Moral, One Chance, Per Chick, Per Lifetime. NO Exceptions.
5. Desperado: You just keep trying to tame a MGTOW honey! But he isn’t coming down from those fences anytime soon for you. This is society wondering just what in the hell is wrong with us.
Looking forward to the weekend with absolutely ZERO plans. I hope you all have as good of a weekend as I plan on having!
Order the good wine
Peaceful Easy Feeling was always my ex GF’s favorite song. Nowadays our song by The Eagles is Already Gone.
"Don't follow in my footsteps...I stepped in something."
Amazing how almost every song sung by a man about a woman ( at least when not sung by a simp) involves heartache of some sort. I sense a trend here!

Right back at you brother.

Damn right!

Anonymous42Before Paul McCartney’s “Silly Love Songs” (when I was a kid) I predicted there would be a song that just keeps repeating the words “I love you” over and over being so sick of all the lovey dovey love songs being released by the DOZEN! WEEKLY!
This was the closest thing to a love song that I liked at the time. Sweet “fox on the run”.

Anonymous13I liked the Sweet, my first single was Blockbuster.
The level of narcissism in that second video turned my stomach though.

Anonymous13Happy days.

I wasn’t highlighting the narsism, just the pussy, all the narsism goes away as desperation soars after hitting the wall, for now nice eye candy, for later lots of stinkies!
Here one I liked by Sweet.
