I appreciate your frustration and I hate political correctness more than anyone and have no time for any religion. But trust me bulldosing the mosques as you suggest won’t solve the problem. Getting the hell out of the EU so we can deport and imprison hate preachers quickly will help.

Well yes that is a difference but think it threw there are lots of similarities and things we learnt which we need to apply now.

As for intelligence we stopped a lot of attacks from the IRA and all the other paramilitary groups from Ireland.

But we don’t want to make our country a prison we want the public to continue to have access to Parliament so you can never make it 100% safe it is not possible.

If I think back to the days of the IRA there was not the histeria and over reporting there is now with ISIS-people just carried on about their business as normal and that attitude must at all costs continue and I was glad to see Parliament open as normal today.

I’m not surprised by some of the response I have receive don here and it is very difficult for non British people to understand. Teresa may said it perfectly when she said we had a cup of tea and just carried on like we did for 40 plus years, like we did in the London blitz, the Manchester blitz, the Liverpool blitz.

We to be fair, cops are often placed in a no-win situation. If the guy in the video was a mental case, and they shot him, the cops could have been crucified.

That’s the way it is here in Canada anyway. If a cop shoots a dangerous guy with a knife, and it turns out the guy was totally bonkers, his/her police chief will throw the cop under the bus. Police chiefs are politicians, they’re not cops. They have no problem feeding one of their own to the wolves to make themselves appear politically correct. Cops know this and I don’t envy their job at all.
