I recently watched this excellent documentary. It is a leaked video from North Korea of all places. Before you dismiss it as bulls~~~, give it a watch. It is impossible to be as critical of one’s own culture as your ideological enemies will be. Sometimes it takes an opposite perspective to point out the hardest truths.

This video is well worth watching…

Missed a big point right off the bat, “more public relations then reporters”. To be more accurate as they are calling public relations propaganda, The number of reporters can almost be counted on one hand. The vast majority are nothing more then propaganda and 99% on the left with a few on the right. I can only think of two that will take on both sides. John Stossel and Charles Krauthammer.

To be more accurate as they are calling public relations propaganda,

Yes, Public Relations is Propaganda. After WWI, Propaganda had a bad connotation. Edward Bernays dropped the word in favor of Public Relations.

The 1920s saw the emergence of public relations, a term first used in 1807 by Thomas Jefferson in a message to Congress. Edward L. Bernays introduced public relations counsel in his Crystalizing Public Opinion (1923), and the decade saw the general acceptance of the profession by business and government, if not by every military commander.

Sorry, can’t seem to find English version. Maybe feminists found a way to ban it from youtube 🙂
    Transcript close to meaning:
    – In France men stripped of basic rights: they can’t beat wife.
    – But what is she talks!?
    – You have to listen.
