What are the chances, you think, that a Chinese man could marry a woman with money, opt to give up his career to stay home and raise a kid and then take her for half her worth in divorce court? You think any Chinese women (hell, any women anywhere!) would be standing up for his right to do that?

Hey, he sacrificed the best years of his life to raise her kid, didn’t he? He cooked and cleaned and did a lot of uncompensated housework which is just as valuable as her high paying corporate position, isn’t it? He listened and consoled and supported her as she rose to the top and that’s worth her taking care of him for the rest of his life, isn’t it?
