Anonymous1My bike parts are back from the powder coat man, nice new stainless screws all lined up and forecast says good weather tomorrow.
What more could a man ask for >
Of course, after the parts are re fitted there will probably be a session of extended ‘testing’ ending up at a nice pub, then sunday I’ll squeeze in a ride on my other bike, the Royal Enfield 500.Three years ago none of this would have been possible, the nagging wife would have found other things for me to do. I would never have been a two bikes man either.

Anonymous42I’ve been looking at bikes myself, no better time than fall to buy one around here, plus the short riding season makes low mileage gems more available, I’m looking for a repairable with a clean title.
I miss riding and the convince of having a bike to shoot out for something you need at the parts store. All I have now is a nerdy 1970 Honda C-70 I got as a basket case and restored, I only use it around here and not in public. Goofball on two wheels, but I don’t care, I used to ride wheelies on my brother’s HD Sportster 1200.
I want a Ducatti

Anonymous1the 1198 is a good fast bike, but for me the 916 was the gem sex on wheels that was.

The 999 is where power and nimble make a perfect couple.

I gave up cafe racer on bikes, sleds, and skis, I like the lean forward seating for handling on all three!

Last weekend I added charging circuit to my bike, allows easy plug in to a battery tender, and also added 2 usb ports for charging cell phone.
2015 Yamaha FZ6-R
Don't chase tail. Turn yours around, walk away, and live free!

Anonymous3I have one of these: 2008 Iron Horse Sunday World Cup

No engine, just silently riding anywhere even if there is no road at all, countryside agriculture ways, river side, dirt, grass, snow, even ankle-deep mud if I want. This bike was used to win downhill races back then.
I know about sume guys in the city having a Specialized Demo 8
Always wanted the 999, absolutely beautiful.
Thanks for posting the pic Tower, can’t stop drooling…..

Aprilia baby !!
Peace is > piece.

Anonymous1In reality a any motorbike will get you out there, I like more adventure with my bike so I need to carry stuff. Actually a lot less stuff since I got rid of the big weight on the back upsetting the handling.
The ex actually said ‘well the rear spring needs uprating’ instead of losing some pounds. Now it’s all bliss no intercom nagging and loads more power plus I can take the stuff I want.
