Agreeing with above posters who noted that these articles seem to portray mgtow.com as a mechanism to lure men off the plantation. Men have been driven off the plantation by the conditions imposed on them there.

mgtow.com is just the bar down the road where all the escapees have met for a drink and a laugh…

While there are 24k members here, this is a scattered sample of men drawn from around the world. This is not enough to produce a significant man drought in any particular city in the world. What produces the measurable man droughts in particular cities is the enormous number of men who likely have never heard of this site, but who have looked around at the s~~~ show that committed relationships with women have become, and just decided that it isn’t worth it.

The beauty of it is that each of these men is making this decision for himself, one at a time, in isolation from this website or other outside influences. He doesn’t announce it, or ask for permission, or leave a trail. He just goes.

I can imagine the difficulty for a writer who gets an assignment from the boss to write an article about mgtow. How do you write an article about a bunch of people who’s only common characteristic is that they have gone and are now absent from the society that is demanding an article to explain why they can’t be found?

Exactly. MGTOW become MGTOW long before they ever hear of MGTOW.

And MGTOW don’t need to recruit. Women and feminism in particular are doing a stunning job of that already.
