As reported by USA Today, Facebook under fire for job ads that let companies exclude women, other employment seekers Three women have brought claims against employers and Facebook for making the ads capable of discrimination against women. One woman goes on to say that she shouldn’t be excluded from jobs that are predominately male occupied, such as trucking, software development, and construction. It is also state that one of the 10 companies specifically discriminated against ‘older’ workers. As if this isn’t to be expected.

While no one here cares much for the social media platform, more importantly, it reflects a growing trend, amongst companies. They are purposely looking for ways to circumnavigate having to hire women. Even if they manage to have the platform change the way it advertises, it still will not change the overall impact these movements have had on corporations. Naturally, when doing business, a company will first seek to protect itself from liability. That is just the way business is ran.

Furthermore, the complaint brought against them is rather ridiculous, although this won’t be said officially or aloud. One woman which brought the complaint was recently laid -off from a call center, and another was out of work for 2 years.

It’s starting to look a lot like the #Metoo movement and Feminism is running full tilt towards that concrete barrier we know as reality reinforced by consequences.

It’s bad enough that they believe their own lies, a doubly-insult that they really believe everyone else buys into it.I sincerly hope that someone raises the question “So you say that are missing out on job opportunities, can you show me where else you applied for jobs similiar to the ones you say were descriminitave? Have you recently applied for any software, or construction jobs? No? That’s interesting… ”

This whole movement was never about equality of opportunity, but equality of outcome. But reality (and company bottom dollar) dictates that you cannot have one without the other. The law of equivalent exchange does not run parallel to ‘Her feelings’.

Funny to see the funniest thing , is a women business owner would rather hire men 🤫

Many times during my working life I have seen a women start crying to save getting told off or such like.

Choosing Facebook as a platform to advertise for “men” is their first mistake.
There are no men on Facebook, at least none worth hiring.
