Here’s a list of cross references:

That said, has anyone here taken the D vitamins and noticed any difference?

High doses for quite a while haven’t changed things to “everything’s coming up roses” etc. , but maybe someone knows of a better combination?
I won’t try meth though, meth’s out of the question.

    Hello,
I don’t know about exact effects of D vitamins, but i have an experience on myself, that taking a high dosage of vitamins does really help to have normal mood. Actually if my body does not have enough vitamins and minerals (like magnesium) I’m likely to have a s~~~ty mood. Try something like Scitec Multi Pro, available in body-builder shops world wide. Had no flu or illness this winter. Normal small dose multivitamins are for couch potato lifestyle, may be not enough at all for men riding bike in the cold.

    Thank you for the information.

I struggled with depression most of my life and I can tell you that any chemical you’ll take will not help.
What worked for me are healthy meals at regular intervals, avoidance of junk foods and drinks, exercise, walks in nature, a pet, the realization that you do NOT have to say YES to anything you don’t want to put up with ( learn to say NO emphatically and often ), good no-strings-attached sex with a Lady you have to pay first and Red Panax Ginseng Extractum: the root of Araliaceae, is a precious natural product grown in Mount Chang Pai, China. Each 10cc bottle contains a non-alcoholic blend of extra strength purified water, 6 year-old Chinese Red Panax Ginseng Extract and Honey.
Been having great days ever since then.

PS: A total avoidance of psycho-t~~~s is a good supplement to everything above.
    Stay t~~~-free, be healthy!

For myself, I went through a serious bout of depression once. Getting my vitamins, etc, was a key factor in hauling me out of it. The other was focusing on goals and getting busy on them, putting my consciousness outside my own self and toward something bigger than little me.

The vitamins, etc, that worked for me are:
    * All the regular vitamins, A through K (via a one a day pill or two)
    * Extra vitamin B-complex — your nervous system needs it to run (another pill)
    * Vitamin D(!)
    * A long list of minerals (included in my one a day pill)
    * Omega-3 essential fatty acids (another pill).

After a week or two, my “depression” symptoms went away. To his day, I take two one a day’s, a B-complex, a D, and two omega-3 pills daily after filling up with breakfast.

I also gave up habits that actually do cause depression. To wit:

For the sake of self-defense alone any man in a relations~~~ should read this. All blue pill men should read this. Terrence Popp gave it a thorough review, which is how I heard of it. His video is a real eye opener for any blue pill schlubb.

Thanks to all the above, good nutrition being first and foremost, I went from crawling-on-the-floor depressed to emotional and psychological freedom (as I fancy myself enjoying today).

You’re better off eating more fruits and vegetables and taking vitamin D. Forget the omega 3 pills and replace with flax seeds. Grind some flax seeds before you want to consume then.

Btw you can cure depression with fasting.

I do the fruits and vegetables and take the pills too. This worked for me. Haven’t tried serious fasting though.

To all you depressed men out there, your depression is not, not, caused by a low blood serum level of expensive drugs. Whatever the cause is, it is not due to you failing to acquire pharmaceuticals at a young age.

Yes, there are cases where pharmaceuticals ‘cured’ depression, and these are the exceptions, but not the rule. Just because the MDs are prescribing them like overpriced candy is no reason to fall for their gag.

The doctor on the radio said nearly every one in the northern US has low vitamin D, because of less sunlight during the winter.

My D was low so I take otc D3. Don’t feel any different.

I did not say that high dose vitamins help with something that is exactly depression, that illness needs stronger medicines, for that your medical doctor can write you a pharmacy receipt. (normally one is unable to just buy those stuff, can be really dangerous if incorrectly used.)

I did say, that high dose of vitamins (and yes, workout, and all other stuff you mentioned) helps with simple “bad mood” (which people may incorrectly call depression in everyday language)

I take d3 gummies @ 4000iu a day. If you don’t get a lot of sun definitely take year round. I certainly notice a much better uptic in mood while taking D3.

If you’re eating right don’t worry about muti vitamins, you just p~~~ it right out.

I thought what I'd do was I'd pretend I was one of those deaf-mutes...or should I?
