Note you can switch or replace exercises. Did this program when i had back pain you don’t need to lift heavy and its amazing for fat burning too.
I use Adonis index 3.0 i love it did not pay for it got it from my sport doctor i still use it for posture and rehab along with fat loss and body shaping but considering 8 X 8 maybe after the holidays. Since i been doing Adonis Index for close to 2y now.
8 X 8 no need to go to failure or use heavy weights moderate will do, i have a multi station at home with 160 pound stack and db ranging from 5 to 40 pounds with a bb and around 60 pounds plates so note that much but i get a good workout anyways.
Might check for 50-60-70 pound db after the holidays if there are sales and an incline bench.

10-8-6-15 pryamid, I also have a bench and home weights
beats the gym fees and no waiting for equipment!

There is a new gym called econo cardio they are replacing the old energy cardio on Montreal cost 12$ per month. The truth is, its not the price, its the gym crowd that i hate now, yeah waiting in line for equipment, listening to music you don’t want to hear or those dumb bimbos and douche.
For me at least you can’t beat training at home, i train in my boxers LOL, then take a shower relax i don’t have to get to the gym during there opening hours, change, sweat drive to the gym drive back home….. no more etc……… so no more gym membership for me.

I really appreciate it.We are all here to help each other bro, i do have knowledge but we are all different its like diet i know people who fly on vegan, others on low carb yet i could not eat that way…. its the same thing with training… i hope what i post can help people, also its all free so no money spent for useless supplements or training program that promise this or that and never deliver.
