Anonymous6I’m a bit bummed that Greg never came over my way, but I know it was going to be a long drive and he got to meet way more MGTOW than he would have coming to see me. Glad y’all were able to show him a good time.
Hey do you live in the Lone Star State Brother? I do, on the Gulf Coast… possibly near Houston.
Hey this event sounded really interesting. I like the fact that MGTOW people are getting together and really connecting. PP you live in Alabama correct? That’s some beautiful country over there. Fishing, hunting, etc. Welcome GregBO.
Good guess—I DID live in the GREAT state of Alabama for many years (in the military& Law School) But now I’m in Florida. The shortest and BEST thing I can say about meeting the guys was that it was like very old family members getting together after many years. That is what it was like. Oddly it was like we were not “strangers” to each other at all. That is why my hat is off to Redpillbill and Greg, after all they traveled 1000s of miles to stay with me knowing I was a crazy stogie puffing gun nut but they came anyway. GregBo already knew that! HA HA.

Sure do. I was just reading your post about Frys. Sounds just like the one on I-45 in Greenspoint. Been there a bunch of times.

Please be patient while I figure out how to navigate this stuff. I’m relatively new to all of technology stuff.
Chin up Pete! I could see it in his face that his trip was well worth it to him. I’m betting that, of all his vacations in his life, the one he spent with you and the other American brothers will be in his top 3. If not number 1.
I really enjoyed our time together in skypeland. It felt like boys just sittin’ around a table, drinking, smoking, discussing. I loved it.
Peace be with you Pete. Your brother isn’t gone he’s just on a flight to another country. He’ll be with you in thoughts. He’ll be with you online.
Welcome to the party GregBo! Please watch over our Pete.

Hey there, I’ve reached my limit for PMing today, so I will PM you tomorrow. Please forgive me for my bumbling attempt here, I’m still learning the ins and outs of this website.

Anonymous42His field report of The South will contradict many of the preconceived notions over there.
I’m sure he showed you that YouTube excerpt from those TopGear UK idiots going to Alabama with the offensive slogans painted on three cars. I loved the look of fear in their eyes. I told Greg that the “NASCAR Sucks” car was what really triggered them. I laughed my ass off at them fleeing in fear.
They would not have been shot only beaten. The blacked out part is edited footage of a bunch of good ‘ol boys driving around in pickup trucks trying to hunt them.
You don’t f~~~ with Southerners. Otherwise, we are very nice.

You can f~~~ with all the Yankees you want until you run into ME! My signs have bullet holes too!

Anonymous11You Yankees are some tough SOBs too especially the ones that live out in the woods and some of the city boys too. Greg met one while here from Jersey.
200 MPH winter winds and snow???
Hello all,
I wasn’t going to post about the MGTOW expedition until I’d collected my thoughts and read through my journal. Just wanted to say thanks to all who made me welcome from the moment I arrived. Yes I wanted to go see YZF-R1 but I had no idea how the long distance driving would tire me so cut short my plans.
Spent many happy hours engaging myself in US culture as opposed to the corporate Disney experience of my fellow airline passengers. They will have learnt nothing about the USA whereas I have learnt much.
The Southern hospitality tradition is both heartwarming but also bloody annoying to someone who likes to pay his way. I found the only way to pay my share was to get to the cash register first.
The food is awesome, the people friendly and open, the scenery vast and beatiful. The cities (I Saw) were clean orderly and well maintained. Gas is 1/3 of the price we pay in the UK. Food is cheap, but eating out at a Bar can get expensive.
Burner phones are a total rip off and expire after 30 days. The equivalent here lasts until your credit runs out as long as you make 1 call a month.
Electricity and Natural Gas are more expensive, Property Tax rules are based on your neighbour’s values and not the value of your house. If he upgrades you pay more etc.
Speed limits are ignored by most, It’s impossible to live witout a car unless you live in the middle of a city, Road systems are designed to help traffic safely flow, not the opposite as is the case here.
No one picks a fight for fun as they may be attacking someone who carries, Just about all adult males have at least one firearm.
The Civil War never really ended and still exists in each new generation that comes along. Many people are mightily p~~~ed off at the Federal Government and fully expect some kind of future totalitarian state to be impossed. They are preparing themselves accordingly.
Women, like the cars they drive, are slightly larger on average than their European counterparts, but that is not to say that many are in as good or better shape as the Europeans counterparts especially when young.
The Sun is unbelievably HOT! The humidity makes life without AC uncomfortable. When it rains it really rains. You can’t see 5 yards in front of you, but some nutters still insist on driving in it (Pete!)
Anyone, anywhere will try and sell you anything at anytime. Tipping is a fine art. Hooters is overrated and a bit creepy. Appleby’s is great.
Grits are what you put on a plate and not get in your eye. Peanuts are best eaten after boilling. Catfish now comes from Cambodia. Rolling tabacco is almost impossible to buy in any recognisable form and you only get 24 papers as opposed to 50 here.
Firearms are an addictive passion for many and owners have their own subculture in which to enjoy them.
Some Red Lights never turn Green. If you want to turn Left make sure you look Right first.
Some people actually have the job of being a Human traffic signal by holding up a reversing Stop Go sign, rather than just placing a temporary traffic light. I made one guy Jump back in terror when he realised I wasn’t going to stop in time.
Houses are Bungallows of either Brick or Wood construction but the plot of land is huge. Roadside Mailboxes start to make sense. A short run to the store can be 20 miles. Juengling is the only Beer worth drinking ;-).
The Moon River reflects the Moon but didn’t appear to be Wider than a Mile We did however cross in Style using the standard White (no other colour makes sense) Pick Up Truck.
Never check into an airport departure lounge if you’re hungry (Bag of Chips $6 Sandwich $14).
Snooty Chicks are the same in Orlando as in anywhere else in the world and were the only rude people I came accross during my stay.
Everyone wears shorts and short sleve shirts. Suits are not required.
Finally To all I met who generously gave up their time to make me welcome. THANK YOU! I shall miss you all and as I mentioned to Pete on my last day, It started to feel normal to be there and if I had stayed any longer I wouln’t have wanted to return.
Everyone was more than the posts they put on this site. Everyone has more to them than they can show here.
If we can get together more in person or over Skype etc. then my mission will have been a success.
And yes Pete. It does seem kinda’ quiet now not having someone to share thoughts and experiences with, but hopefully we can do it again soon.
Till next time.
Greg Honda
It's Time to get Wise

Anonymous0Glad you had a good time and made it home safely. Sounds like you made the right decision not to drive all the way to Texas and back.

Anonymous11Happy you made it safely home, Greg. I enjoyed your write up of it.
Catfish now comes from Cambodia.
I should have hooked you up with some fresh Ogeechee River fried catfish.
Rest well….

Anonymous6Mr. Greghonda I love your post! You really did get a great introduction to the best part of the USA, Dixieland. Oh and I prefer to call it the War of Northern Aggression. As there was nothing civil about it!
Loved having you here man!
To everyone else I can only say this—with a firearm Greg is a natural; or highly motivated; or both. In any case when the s~~~ finally flies in his country he may find a gun at his feet, he will pick it up—and to our enemies I say this—he’ll know what to do and he will do it…and God help you.
I wasn’t going to post about the MGTOW expedition until I’d collected my thoughts and read through my journal.
It was nice to read! Very informative and glad you people got together. Bless you all.
When I have a pen in my hands, it's lethal.

If you ever come to the US sir you’ve got to understand that different regions have different “flavors” if you will. I myself am a Southerner and can attest that our brother’s assessment of Southerners is mostly to exactly spot on.

Anonymous12Gives me the chills up and down my spine knowing that mgtow are now crossing eachothers´ paths.

Do not be bummed.
Your house has hosted fine men, finer than its builders could ever have imagined would walk its floors.Do not feel sad.
