    Hello friends

I previously posed about the Venezuelan hyperinflation here Now an important update you should know about done very quietly and nothing I have seen on the MSM

Faced with world-high inflation that has made its money increasingly worthless, the government promised to introduce new bills in denominations up to 200 times higher than the old ones.

Now it seems that President Nicolas Maduro has followed the approach of Indian PM Modi by confiscating all 100 Bolivar notes worth about three US cents, and which account for 77% of the cash in circulation in Venezuela – before the new notes are in circulation. The 100-bolivar note ceased to be legal tender on Thursday.

Initially, Venezuelans were to have 10 days after that to exchange them at the central bank. Maduro subsequently slashed the grace period to five days. Maduro, whose popularity has plummeted, said the 100-bolivar note had to be killed because “mafias” were hoarding it abroad in what he called a US-backed plot to destabilize Venezuela.

Many were angry to learn they would only be allowed to deposit the old bills or obtain “special vouchers” for new ones. Desperate Venezuelans looted delivery trucks and clashed with police.

“We are suffering. We are hungry, we have no medicine, we have nothing. Nothing!” said one of the people in the crowd, Carmen Rodriguez.”And now with this money problem, we can’t even buy food.”

Guys – this is just theft of the people’s cash by Goldman Sachs (again) for a f~~~ing bank bail-in, Waiting for cash that will be too little in hand to re-start the economy. Then offering the starving population a cashless alternative, just like in India.

Just watch – the bastards will not stop here. Check and make sure your local bank is not refusing you cash – yet.

(God I have seen many things but this behaviour really stinks)

I am just wondering where these globlist thieves are planning to run too? They are wrecking North America, South America, Africa, Europe, Australia, and making an enemy out of Asia. It is not like there are many places left for them to run too should they collapse the societies of the entire world.

Ah! The glories of living in a socialist workers’ paradise!

Society asks MGTOWs: Why are you not making more tax-slaves?

    @faust
Absolutely – I am wondering the same thing.
This has been planned after they watched India.

Is it that any country running a high debt to GDP ratio where banks are in danger of a collapse will employ this as the new fight against ‘illegal trade’ or ‘black money”?

Venezuela was a prime target – once oil production takes a hit here the oil price goes up again. Also investors pull out into the USD treasuries.

    Who’s next?

Venezuela would be in the exact same position with the collapse of oil prices whether they were using a fiat currency, a currency on a gold standard, or a currency pegged to a basket of commodities.

The underlying issue is how much of their socialist spending depended on the nationalized oil industry for funding. At least with a capitalist society when one thing s~~~s the bed something else steps up to take over, but with a government run economy they are now just a bunch of broke socialists wondering where their next handout will come from.

That article said those notes removed from circulation were worth about 3 cents and were to be replaced by larger denominations. They aren’t even worth the paper and ink they are printed on. Maybe they could have given people more time to trade them in, but it had to be done or else people would need a brief case full of paper money to buy a t shirt. If the US government announced they were removing pennies and nickles from circulation I doubt I’d even bother to go turn mine in at the bank…wouldn’t be worth the trip over there for the 1.50 I might have laying around.

A cashless society is a core aim of the NWO. We know this will be implemented soon and can see signs the time may be near. I’m not yet ready as daily life gets in the way. Turn your spare paper into metal and bury it deep. Tell no one.

We must prepare if we have a chance to survive. The masses are sleepwalking into tyrany. We have unplugged from the narcotic effects of mass media entertainment. This gives us a chance to assess the situation and prepare for the future.

I cannot see the future but I can see the present and work out where it’s going.

    Our time will come.

Well said Greg. Agreed. As some pundits like Rickards and Stockman suggested – there appears to be a desperate edge to escalating current events that are moving to pen us in.
