I consider February 14th to be MGTOW day. A couple of years ago I went to Home Depot to get myself something cool, I forget what, but when I got there couldn’t locate it. This young lady who was working their asked to help, so I told her what I wanted. She helped me find it and on the way back we were talking, and I mentioned that I was getting this for MGTOW day. She asked what that was and what was I getting for Valentine’s Day. I explained that MGTOW day replaces it. She looked confused and said, “Oh, so you get one thing for you and one thing for her?”. I said no, I get something really nice that I want, PERIOD. The look on her face was priceless!

I’m honestly not a big fan of replacing V-day with MGTOW day, for two reasons. First, because it can easily be interpreted as petty. Let people have their V-day and have your day some other time. It doesn’t say, “I’m doing my own thing”, it says “I’m trying to ruin your thing”.

Second, we always talk about being stealthy here, and creating a holiday on top of an existing holiday is pretty much the opposite of stealthy.

But whatever, do your own thing.

On MGTOW day, I’m gonna eat at a vietnamese restaurant for lunch ( I rarely eat out during the work week) and in the evening have a steak dinner and then open whatever present I got for myself that previous weekend at Bass Pro.

If it occurs after, remember Briffault. MGTOW day should be 13 February to show that no woman will keep a commitment once her terms have been satisfied. Regardless, my pumpkin got squat last V-Day and I’m doubling that for this year.
