UVa at it again…imposing strict no "hugging" policy

Here is a new article out today about UVa, the school with the gangbang hoax, has just released these new restrictions on male/female interactions:

The new policy makes nearly all sexual or perceived sexual contact a punishable offense, with little recourse for the accused. The new policy defines sexual contact as “any intentional sexual touching/however slight/with any object or body part … performed by a person upon another person.” By that definition a misplaced hug is a violation of the policy.

Some great comments. Of the total of 22 comments to date (it’s a very new article), MGTOW was mentioned in message 14 and 21.

Here is a very interested comment left by a fellow who self idenfies as a MRA although we have no proof:

United Educators, which insures most colleges in the US, reviewed 262 claims of student-perpetrated sexual assault from 2006-2010, which generated more than $36 million in losses. Students accused of assault brought 54% of the claims and comprised 72% of the financial losses. In 92% of the claims with losses, the accuser was under the influence of alcohol, and more than 60% of accusers were so intoxicated that they had no clear memory of the assault. Prior to the assault, 33% of the accusers battled mental health issues such as eating disorders, personality disorders, suicide attempts, or trauma from a previous sexual assault.

When the law suits involving men falsely accused costs more than the false allegations cost in payouts this madness will stop. It’s all about money.

As the comments say, and these are being read by young men, MGTOW is the only way.

Of course the definition of “intentional” and “sexual” can be re-interpreted when it provides a benefit for the “victim”.

Those rules will be applied one sided; flirty chicks will still be able to put their hands all over guys, especially when intoxicated, pinching guys ass’s and the usual things they do, but when a guy taps a girl on the shoulder to get her attention, it’s sexual assault! (RAPE). Institutions of learning are a meat grinder for men, and a free pass for women, it’s just one more injustice of equality from the evil coffers of feminism….
