The cops have a choice: don’t arrest him.

Its bulls~~~ that cops have no choice, or that they enforce all the laws. LOL. For example, a lot of anti-sodomy laws are still on the books in the US, and they don’t enforce those.

If people went to war against the “authorities” when they get out of hand, things would change.

Imagine if one member of a family got arrested on some trumped-up BS charge, and the 20-30 other family members all split up into different directions and all went “lone wolf mode” against the authorities in the same day.

People fearing the government means tyranny; the government fearing the people means freedom.
