About 10 years ago i got f~~~ed over by a drug addicted landlord whos c~~~ girlfriend went into my room looking for money and left my room a tip. Twice.

I ended up battering the c~~~ (him) on his drive way then a few days later spray painted both of their cars at 4am one dark morning in neon pink spray paint with words like C~~~, SUCK MY C~~~, WHORE, WANKER, etc.

I was told by a friend who still lived at the house a few days later that their reaction was priceless and many people found out about it and it was the talk of the town for weeks.

Now that was f~~~ing satisfying.

Im thinking neon pink spray paint for this c~~~s front door and windows.

Get yourself a decibel meter and a video camera. Document every single one of these noisy parties she has for a week to a month. Note the time, especially when she does it after 11PM. Call the police etc. on every single incident. See if you can get a record of all the previous tenants who have moved out and their terms of occupancy. Document document document.

Then sue your landlord for a massive reduction of rent under the local tenancy laws. You’ll get it. Talk to all your neighbors who also have to deal with this bitch and encourage them to do the same.

When your landlord sees how much money this bitch is costing him in court reduced rents, she’ll be out of there faster than you can say, “violated lease agreement.”

One way you can f~~~ with her is to take a straight pin or small needle of some kind and when she is passed out push the pin through her cable coming from the satellite dish. Wear some insulating gloves and use a pair of pliers to push the pin through the cable. Make sure it goes all the way through. After doing this take some type of cutters and cut the pin off flush with the cable. put some black paint (or whatever color the cable maybe) where the pin shows to conceal it. This will shut off her signal and is almost impossible to find. She will wake up to find snow on her TV. She will most likely call the TV service to fix it. After they leave do it again. Chances are they will think it is a bad cable and replace. After a few times of this they most likely will shut off her service.

Id plant drugs on her if i was you especially if the cops and noise control have been over enough to the point where they will search the bitches house. Just get your friend to become good friends with her so he will be invited to the party (a friend you can trust). Then get your friend to plant drugs somewhere at the party (not in plain site preferably in her bedroom) and then once your friend leaves give an anonymous tip report that there are dangerous drugs in the apartment that she is using.

Once the cops show up and find your drugs in her bedroom then she will be hauled off to prison and the noise will stop for the time being. Now if you get caught then you might go to prison for it so cover your ass.
